I was so disappointed with the hotel that I can't find anything good now. They have a great restaurant, but no need to stay in this hotel to eat in the restaurant

I would call it a fraud - the hotel sells rooms with the lagoon view, but instead you get a parking view. We paid for the lagoon view, but every day we watched different cars in front of our window (please see the attached pictures). When we asked the reception why there were cars all the time because of which we couldn't see any lagoon, they said "We can't help with anything, it is a public parking". Cool. But then you shouldn't sell rooms with the lagoon view, right? So either reduce the price or talk to guests so they use the hotel's parking instead of that part of road in front of windows. The receptionist became really hysterical, started to shout at us, then ran to a restaurant and came back with another guest so I could talk to him myself. Wow! Guests solve the problem of the hotel themselves! Next day she didn't say hello to us. Actually, the situation is very simple - clients shouldn't pay for something they don't get, so no view - no payment for that. So I'm in shock that they give not real information about rooms, and more than that - they are very rude, even aggressive, and real boors. I would never recommend my friends staying in this hotel. You can go to their restaurant without staying there, right? The location is not the best (it's on outskirts of town, so you could think it's very quiet there, but it's not - there is a road in front of the windows, so you'll hear cars all the time).

Fantastic welcome from lady on reception - we arrived on bicycles in the rain and she supported our arrival and storage of bikes superbly. Our visit was linked to watching the 'Tour de France' and the hotel was spot on for location. The hotel was close to the resort amenities and was perfect for the purpose of our visit.

The cost of breakfast - 14 euros per person, and the prices in the restaurant were a little pricey but we acknowledge that this was due to the excellent rating of the restaurant; therefore can't really moan.

Vraiment cher par rapport aux prestations et salle de bain pas tres propre, douche cassee

Le calme, l'environnement sain, en pleine nature bretonne...

La vue sur la colline annoncée s'est révélée être une vue sur un talus avec une haie très proche de la fenêtre ce qui donnait une impression d'enfermement, de plus cette fenêtre était située au dessus d'une toiture métallique (cuisine). La chambre était très petite ainsi que l'espace toilette et douche dont la ventilation ne fonctionnait pas. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Le calme, la vue sur les dunes et la plage, le parking juste à côté, le personnel aimable, la propreté des chambres.

Situation géographique non loin du Cap Fréhel. Chambres avec équipements modernes

Les repas sont chers mais il est vrai que le restaurant de l'hôtel a une étoile Michelin...Il est vrai aussi que d'autres restaurants sont situés à peu de distance...et donc faciles d'accès

Pas de salons,chambre petite

Accueil sympathique - emplacement idéal par rapport au centre de Fréhel plage et aux animations - rapport qualité / prix intéressant.

Chambre confortable mais un peu petite, refaite recemment. Personnel accueillant. Prix raisonnable (75€) sauf le petit-déjeuner, hors de prix (14€), que nous avons zappé. A signaler la promptitude et l'honnéteté des gérants, ils avaient déjà fait le nécessaire pour m'envoyer un objet oublié dans la chambre avant même que je ne les appelle.
