parking garage proved to be a challenge for our large luxury sedan
Wonderful little hotel in Cap Ferrat. Beautiful location. Friendly staff and clientele who return year after year. Will absolutely return!
Everything else need updating.
We loved the location and the food and the hotel generally.
Nothing at all to dislike
This hotel is located in one of the most romantic and beautiful settings on the Riviera, out on a promontory, looking back at the mountains, town and sea. The hotel also has a charming interior and exterior seating area for dining "with a view". 2 saltwater pools, large bedroom and large bath. The concierge was so helpful, that he ran and got us a paper in town when others were using the English language version that they carried. Beautiful spot on the whole coast and great location for venturing to other towns. Loved the whole experience--we have been here 3 times, 2 of which were for anniversaries. Highly recommended.
Everything....location, staff, food, and having both a fresh water swimming pool as well as a salt water one along with access to swimming in the Mediterranean. Many nice walks around the area.
Loved pool beach area all the public areas and breakfast was great. Whole place has an amazing atmosphere.M
Nothing not to like.
Location, slightly faded but so comfortable in every way. Staff friendly & efficient in every way.
Bed linen could be improved
Beautiful location at a quiet part of the port.
Lovely quiet ambience.....my 3rd visit for this reason. However I do feel the decor is a little tired and a minor revamp of bathrooms and bedrooms would be am advantage. Otherwise a glorious position.
Decor tired. Another guest gained access to my room through an unlocked interleading door at 2.00am....I complained but as yet have had no apology.
The room, restaurant food, staff and the position of the hotel.
The wines were overpriced for their quality. Lunch menu near the pool needs to have more choice.
This is the most beautiful place in the world! The staff are excellent and the location is just devine. Wonderfully attentive without being intrusive. We will be back!
Great location, fantastic, very friendly and attentive staff (especially Jean Claude on the bar in the evenings!). Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner both delicious.
Only minor points - Pools - one was freezing cold and the other like a warm bath! Wifi doesn't really work - but that can be a blessing in disguise.
Loved the friendly reception we always get. Loved being upgraded without having to ask! Love the breakfast and our meal in the restaurant. Very friendly staff everywhere. Best situation in the world.
Lunch menu is too expensive. Don't like having to leave the beach at 6 p.m. which is much too early.
Beautiful setting, very helpful staff. Extremely enjoyable stay.
Very poor wifi connection.
Fabulous location and very good and professional restaurant staff - also very polite and correct - same for concierge . reception staff some of them were snotty for no reason, which never goes not even in France, where snottiness is an art.
Two major drawbacks for any active professional - the Net only works in the Business Center or the Bar - so if you are at the pool or in the room, you have to keep running to the bar/business center area to check for updates or do quick skype call. Otherwise pay for local phone company access and it works fine - come'on guys - for the level of hotel it should work. Also one day the hot water quit working - it is an old property but that is a part of regular maintenance and should be calculated into maintenance capital.
Everything! Perfectly perched on with coastal sea and harbor views. Open spaces inside to the outside. Good food nice rooms and wonderful staff. I hope to return. Nancy Amato Atlanta ga.
Nothing not to like
The staff are extremely professional and courteous.
The staff all were excellent (except the reception) and we had a very satisfactory dinner and the breakfast was very good.
I thought the reception staff was not helpful when it came to the wifi connection. We were unable to connect from our Rm #31 and after speaking with reception, they didn't seem to say that there had ever been a problem, and to try in the media room, which again was very poor. The Sommelier from the restaurant then told us that the best reception was from the bar area. I think the hotel needs to be made aware of this problem
The location of the hotel perched at the south end of the port is fantastic .... The hotel terrace affords a stunning view of the bay and across to eze. Old school charm and elegance ... Best to dress up and play the part ... The lights at night and the tranquility in early may made for a really magic moment .... Its not about show its about style.
