it is just on lac side, so beautiful.....and bike around countryside....or walking.......everying is nice.... the price is more expensive.... |

Great location by Lake Annecy. Great views from the rooms and access to the lake. The staff were very helpful. The cost of this hotel is rather expensive. Value for money is average. |

Beautiful location in the natural environment a few things in the room were not functioning well (like a hot water system - long time to wait for a hot water and kitchen cooking plate - difficulty to switch off) |

The young lady on the front desk reception was really very sweet and helpful. She even got up half-an-hour early to get us an early breakfast. We used the hotel on the way back from Meribel - a skiing holiday with the family as it is fairly close (50 mins) away from Geneva airport. |

la localisation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel en bord du lac d'annecy. plage privée magnifique, avec un calme incroyablement reposant. en plus le wi-fi marche quand on est sur la plage !!! le personnel est très sympa, l'hôtel moderne et bien équipé, en fait ce ne sont pas des chambres mais des appartements tout équipés. tarifs via e-booking très corrects. wi-fi présent sur la plage et dans parties communes mais pas directement dans les chambres. |

Directement positionné sur le lac d'Annecy, l'hotel est vraiment bien entretenu. Le Restaurant qui se situe dans l'enceinte face au lax est également très sympa. Une vraie détente. A recommander. |

La posizione la bellezza del luogo e le infrastrutture. Il ristorante annesso é da considerarsi ottimo per qualità e servizio. La colazione pagata a parte assai insoddisfacente per qualità. Carenza nel cambio della biancheria da bagno e da letto come prevista da contratto. Prima della partenza lo staff ha eseguito un accurato controllo della camera per appurare eventuali mancanze, abbastanza inusuale per il livello dell'hotel. |

Merveilleuse vue sur le lac, propreté aussi bien intérieure, qu'extérieure de la résidence, ambiance décontracté. Pression de l'eau au niveau de la douche, emplacement de parking aléatoire. |

Een keurig complex. Voor het verblijf van een langere periode zou ik een grote kamer aanraden. De kleine kamers zijn klein en beschikken over opklapbedden. Voor een langer verblijf niet zo handig. Klein minpuntje. De bevoorrading van het ontbijt was niet attent genoeg. |

Die schöne Anlage und Atmosphäre rund um das Hotel. Eigener Badestrand mit Liegen und Strandbar. Alle Zimmer mit Balkon gegen den See ausgerichtet. Etwas enger Frühstücksraum, wenn viele Gäste zur gleichen Zeit essen. |
