The 4-person room is nice, with 2 separate bedrooms and even a small kitchen facility. The breakfast is good, but too expensive. Staff is helpfull and kind. |

It offered great value for money in spacious accommodation that we would not have got in the centre of Paris. Ideally located for Disneyland Paris - just four train stops away - so after a day out, it takes 15 mins back. The late check in was a big bonus. Our suite offered the best of both worlds... space for us to feel like we were home but room service if you wanted it. Good link to central Paris, too. Would have liked to stay longer in order to take advantage of the facilities. Shame our balcony over-looked a car park and not the lake. Maybe we'll get luckily next time! |

The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The small kitchenette was useful because we were on a budget and couldn't eat out all the time. Table and chairs available for a family meal - good supermarket nearby. There were no comfortable chairs in the rooms or on the balcony, this made it difficult to relax. The wardrobes and furniture were badly designed and hideous. |

Staff were very helpful, two bedroom suite was a good size with two balconies. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. I am sure when new this was lovely, however the suite had been abused, no handle/lock fitting on bathroom door, furniture damaged, needs repair and redocoration. Was OK for one night whilst travelling from spain to UK. The kitchenette was not equipped with any crockery, cutlery etc. |

The hotel looks very nice only on pictures. Rooms are in very bad conditons. Noone invest in the hotel already long time. Cleaning is just so so. Staff on reception was pleasant but confused. We booked two apartments, but only one was ready when we arrived, the other one only next day. |

The view to the lake, the quietness. The first impresion about the room and corridor is that they are dusty and have a bad smell. There could be more dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. |

The staff spoke English well and tried to be helpful. Free WiFi worked great. I selected this hotel to accommodate our 5 people, entertain our children with the pool and playground, and be close to a train to Paris. The pool is actually not affiliated with the hotel and occasionally does favors to let guests swim for a specific hour, the playground was chained off and deemed unsafe, and the neighborhood was quite diverse with a fair amount of graffiti. The room had an interesting layout but was dusty and tattered; and you really needed three hands to take a shower the way it was set up. We also needed to kick the door to get it open. Staff forgot to clean the room. We cut our stay short and moved into two rooms at a hotel near the Arc de Triumph in Paris. We decided for a trip to Paris, it was worth the splurge |

Proximity to disneyland. Nice lake nearby for children to play. No running water in the kitchen, No dustbin. When they cleaned the room they removed the used towels, but did not replace them with new one. |

Great facilities and outstanding staff.really going out of their way to help customers. Overall a good experience. The room we booked was not available when we arrived. Thanks god the staff was helpful. We were given alternative solutions. However on the second night we were put in a dirty room that obviously was way below standard. We were disappointed and would think twice about coming back. |

The location was good for access to Disneyland and Paris - which is what we were looking for. Each room had a terrace - so two terraces is a good plus The room for 6 people was quit small with no living area; kitchen was a cupboard in the tiny hallway. There was no place for 6 people to have a breakfast or sit together. Spiders and mosquitoes were everywhere. |
