Great quality hotel, very comfortable room and well soundproofed. Very attentive staff asking if we wanted to leave our bags upon checkout. Would return. Multijet shower didn't appear to work correctly - looks like an older one which shoots out lots of water in one area and not enough in others - adequate though. |

This hotel was well maintained, clean & tidy, staff were courteous & let me keep my cases after I checked out so I could collect them later. Appeared to be a temporary loss of hot water one morning. Noisy if you need the windows open (traffic). Not enough storage for clothes in room - some drawers would have been a bonus. |

Good location for mainline train and metro. Pleasant staff and a quiet room. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Non smoking room. No tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast expensive compared to nearby cafes. Not great storage - no drawers/shelves. |

A wonderful staff - especially Francois Xavier Cauet, Directeur, who went out of his way to get us reservations at a nice place during a very busy week. Classic Paris architecture, balconies in most rooms, nice rooms and lobby area. Parking was available nearby and the desk staff spoke perfect English. Breakfast wasn't a good value for the $ and didn't include eggs. Very small elevator as it is an old building - likely common in Paris. Wireless only available in the lobby, but it was free. |

The hotel was easily accesible by the subway system and the bus system. The staff was friendly and answered any questions that we had. |

The hotel offers a warm ambiance in addition to the comfort that the hotel personnel make the guests feel. Also the location is quiet and the neighbourhood is calm unlike other touristic locations in Paris which are jammed around the clock. I would definitely stay at La Demeure on my next trip to Paris provided the levels of service and comfort remain the same during high seasons. |

Staff were lovely. Comfortable and pleasant lounge room. Lack of internal sound-proofing (in walls and old wooden doors,) meant we were woken up several times by doors closing or slamming. Sleeping as well as possible is important for us. |

Serviceinriktad personal. Internetuppkoppling på rummet och trådlös i lobbyn. Fin utsikt över eiffeltornet från fönstret. Inget varmvatten tidigt på morgonen, före 7. Men efter det finns varmvatten. |

Bon accueil et service dans cet hôtel. Chambre et salle de bain trop petite. Pour plusieurs nuits, manque d'espace, rangements et porte-manteaux. Les commentaires d'autres clients m'avaient un peu préparés. Mais dommage ! |

L'accueil: en guise de bonjour et bienvenu l'mployé vous demande pièce d'identité et carte bancair dont il prend une copie, alors que j pensais que le paiement était sécurisé par la réservation sur booking. Le WiFi ne fonctionne pas au 3ème étage. Le câble founi pour se brancher au réseau est cassé aux deux extremités. Le petit-déjeuner a un prix extravagant (13 €) noffre ni le service ni le choix qu'on pourrait attendre, personnel peu attentif et ne parlant que très peu français, pas d'oeufs ni de fruits. Le summum: le premier matin de mon séjour, les trois quarts des yaourts étaient périmés! |

расположение. На фотографиях не стандартные и не улучшенные комнаты - это угловые и идут со совсем другой цене (нам предложили доплатить по 50 евро в сутки за них). Интернет только в фойе. Стандартная комната невероятно маленькая. По вечерам и ночам из соседних комнат отчетливо доносятся стоны - было очень противно. До приезда в гостиницу заблокировали на карте деньги за комнату, но когда выписывались - эти деньги не захотели снять и пришлось найти еще столько же денег. |
