Small room, no proper space for eating

The hotel is really new and we got a studio with a good kitchen structure. It has a parking lot and is just outside to subway stations. It's in a student's neibourghood and easy to move to the buzz part of the town. The staff was kind and attentive.

Since the hotel apparently just opened there are a few areas, especially the garage, that are still not quite finished, with little light and directions.

Very well equipped rooms. Able to enjoy eating in, if desired. Spacious, clean, modern. Provision to wash and dry laundry. Good value for money. We would stay there again.

Minor bother was that Connection to wifi was a little difficult at times, but it was available.

Second time staying there and second time satisfied. The hotel match the area we want to stay in, and the center is at underground reach in a few minutes. The value for money is good, and you are in a quartier that is very nice to visit, pure France.

We are biased by the proximity to our son address, but perhaps it's not a centric hotel. Anyway, the underground is easy and fast.

The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is very helpful.

Very good room arrangement for suiting my family 4 of us. There is a big bed composed with 2 single bed and one comfortable sofa bed. Two rooms are partially separated with high loof. Brand new walls in the rooms, combination of white and rouge, gave us relaxed feeling after a long driving. Wooden floor and large windows are enriching entire atmosphere.

Parking underground is little bit troublesome. Since it is new, there is no "SORTIE" sign but only blicks so that I was lost to find the exit.

Great hotel with everything we needed as far as facilities were concerned except no Internet service available for 3 days. The person on the front desk appeared apathetic about this and offered no apologies or effort to provide us with any info to help us plan our weekend , we were depending on Internet to find restaurants , book tickets etc.

Very clean hotel close to city center, the metro is close to the hotel too. Till Belcour place is about 10 minutes. It is really 4 stars hotel. I think the hotel just after reparing. There is kitchen contents all needs for prepare breakfast or other meal, so you don't need pay over in restaurant, the supermarkets are close too. I can recommend it to people that looking for good hotel for good price.

Whole set of the kitchen inventory; Late check-in was not a problem if you call in advance before the desk is closed. They leave a key with instructions in the safe outside right on the street; Free garage; Good value for money.

Location is not that bad if you travel by car.

Location was good and spa facilities were good (although not included in price and was extra charges put on for spa which we were not told about)

Extra charges on spa. Rooms weren't cleaned the whole time we were there and charges if we didn't clean the glasses before we left. Tourist tax on hotel even though the site said all fees and charges included.

Modern structure. Friendliness of the staff --Charles and Manuella. I had difficulty in going on-line with my computer; I sought help from Charles, he too had difficulty but persisted for about 40 mins. Until we succeeded in connecting to the internet. I appreciated that very much.

The difficulty we had in finding the place even with a gps; it took us 2 hours 'driving around in circles' before we found the place, but we met some very helpful and friendly people in the process. The people we met in Lyon were very nice.

Giving to travellers in a small paper some more instruction on how to connect to WiFi would be a good idea.

Bright, attractive, well eqhipped and very comfortable studios looking out onto a delightful garden were the perfect base from which to explore Lyon.The staff were friendly and helpful.

No complaints! A very good choice for us, a party of 2 couples.

Easy to find, very handy for metro link to other parts of the city, secure parking, helpful staff, clean modern room with kitchen facilities.

Very well positioned aparthotel in the heart of Lyon. You can put your car in a safe garage inside the hotel. Lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are really clear, beds ok.

Check out 11 but if you have time to spend in Lyon they keep your lagguages. Breakfast 11euro, we prefer to eat outside.

The Location is not too far from the downtown and close to a subway station The room has been really quiet and clean, the bathroom is big. The staff is really friendly, kind and helpfull.

the bed is actually two single beds next to each other with a double-cloth. because they were not linked together we have fallen during all the time in the gap. next night, we managed that thanks to a link.

Great value for money. Thre is a small kitchen in the appartment so you can cook by yourself. Parking is free which is also good.

Bath could've been cleaner

Don't use the parking garage. Also there is no height limit posted which probably isn't even legal and ended up causing me quite a bit of trouble. Also don't plan on walking into the center, you'll need to take the metro which is nearby enough.

Hotel is located just three minutes walk from metro station that gives fast and easy access to any point in the city. Kitchenette is well equiped and enables to cook food that can be bought at nearby shops.

Clening is scheduled only once in a week that creates a lot of problems. Meanwhile they charge as for a 3 star hotel.
