The room was large, clean and well equipped. Would stay here again.
Not so attractive from the outside, but inside is fine.
Good receptionist clean and tidy
Too far away to walk anywhere pool dirty not really set up for holiday makers
Good clean apartment-style hotel. Bike friendly as bikes were stored securely in underground car park. A 10 minute walk from the nearest public transport into Montpelier. We chose to take the tram from Place D'Europe, which is an excellent service.
Amazingly, we were charged 5 euro to store our bikes in the underground car park overnight. Having stayed in 12 different hotels / B&Bs over 2 weeks, this is the only one that asked for our passports when checking in.
swimmingpool is perfect
The room was clean with lots of space. The bathroom was large and also very clean. The pool was handy after our long walk to the city. The breakfast provided and the time was good value.
Location was a problem as we had no transport. You were expected to clean your room before departing but you also had to buy the cleaning produces to do this as they were not provided. Should be included in the overall price.
Big modern room, very clean and we'll appointed. Balcony and swimming pool a bonus
Distance from city centre and out of town location.
The bed was comfortable. I liked that I could speak English with the staff.
Location was terrible. Staff were friendly enough, there was one that I found quite unhelpful. I thought the kitchen could have been equipped a little better, especially with cleaning items - as the kitchen was expected to be spotless or else a €25 fee would be charged. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallway could be clearly heard from my room.
Clearly under delivered compared to the pictures seen on booking.com. This was more of a suburb concrete complex, located with no restaurants within walking distance and emty streets closest was 5 min drive to a huge shopping center.
Having a small fridge and kitchen. 10 minutes drive to the beach.
No rails to get out of bath. Even though swimming pool was cleaned every day, there was a BLACK floor to it, which made it look dirty! Also pool was up against the tall building, and another side was all tall trees, so the water was always too cold. It was on a one way street leading to the countryside, which increased mileage driven to go anywhere.
Geant Casino and Odysseum shopping mall just cross the road. Well equipped kitchen, swimming pool, free car parking just outside the hotel.
There's not very clean overall corridor.
Staff were very helpful and hospitable.
The walk to the nearest bus stop was about 5 mins but the bus didn't get right to the centre of town. The tram went to the town centre however the walk to the tram was a good 15 minutes
Free parking and wifi. Really friendly female receptionist who spoke good English. Quiet and safe.
A few miles from the centre with no obvious transport links so you need a car really. You need to provide your own tea and coffee and milk as its self catering. No supermarkets open after 10 so get your provisions early.
Easy access to motorway Simple and straight forward Easy check in and plenty of parking directly outside the hotel
Don't understand where the 4 stars come from - are apartment hotels rated differently. This is certainly not 4 star accommodation! Rubbish bins had not been emptied and rubbish had overflowed into the car park Hotel is next to a building site (i.e. during the week be prepared for additional noise)
Local menu, delightful staff, excellent services and facilities
Nothing i hate to live in rough beton !
the room was clean and beds confortable
location was awful hotel customers were very low level terrible smell all over the hotel, we need to open for 2 hours our windows to change the smell in the room swimming pool too small
the kitchenette was ok, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all you need for a little meal indoors.
to begin with - the advertising in booking.com is very misleading. this place has nothing to do with any chateau. it is a cheap, filthy complex where even walls are not painted and badly damaged in some places. certainly it's not worth the money we paid. we've stayed in better ibis hotels. staff were not friendly or helpful.
The room was nice. The hotel clean
Hidden charges for using the kitchen. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful after complaint. Breakfast was really not good.
Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Very close to odysseum.
really far from the main part of the city but it is close to the shopping mall odysseum.
Good value for money, we used it for one night sleep on our way to Spain. It was just what was needed.
I wouldn't stay longer than one night, the location has nothing to offer neither does the hotel.
Sizeable room; WiFi options; Balcony and Bed.
Drab hallways; development around the hotel and lack of dining options in the vacinity.
Spacious room with kitchen facilities, good location for stop-over, calm and quiet surrounding, correct breakfast. Parking facilities (up to 2 m height! No bike!)
No evening restaurant nearby.
Not far from the beach. Balcony with a table and chairs. Microwave.
The staff is not polite. The kitchen is very basic: no kitchen knives, no plaque, no kettle and so on. The hotel is situated near the castle where there was an extremely loud music all nights till the dawn!
Next to the wonderful castle and gardens
Far from tram station and quite difficult to find. The staff were not very helpful with this!! Got lost twice on the way..
