Well appointed apartments and friendly, helpful staff... despite my French! Especially good to have a powerful, stand-up shower after a hard day's skiing - not always the case in French apartments. No fault of the apartment but the village bus service is not worth considering. It takes a while to figure out the best way of getting to/from the apartment but it's no more than 300m to the lifts.

Симпатичный интерьер, хорошее отопление, близко к подъемникам, магазины, поликлиника, аптека и прокат совсем рядом. Недорогой безпроводной интернет в номерах. Бесплатная пицца и напитки в день приезда - очень мило, так как вечером не было сил идти в магазин за покупками. Нет бесплатного вай-фая даже в зоне ресепшн. В некоторых номерах курили (определили по запаху). Нет отдельных номеров для аллергиков, а так как в отеле разрешено останавливаться с животными, то можно попасть в номер, где до вас были животные, что опасно для аллергиков.

Il residence, rinnovato da poco, si trova in un'ottima posizione per I servizi e I negozi. Ci si può dimenticare dell'auto e muoversi solo a piedi. L'accoglienza è stata attenta e cortese. La struttura è molto comoda per chi pratica lo sci da fondo perché la partenza della pista è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti. L'alloggio, pur godendo di un'ottima vista sulla montagne, era esposto a nord e quindi non abbiamo mai utilizzato il balcone per prendere un po' di sole. I muri sono molto sottili, bisogna sperare in vicini molto educati e silenziosi.

Bra läge i skidorten Serre Chevalier. Stora lägenheter med balkong. Tyst och lugnt. Ej lyhört. Bra utrustning i köket. Luktade mögel i badrummen. Dålig hastighet på internet.

Rent och snyggt. Diskmaskin finns. Nära till bageri och mataffär, nära till sportaffär och skiduthyrning. Perfekt läge mellan två liftar och gratis skidbuss stannar precis utanför. Balkong åt väster med eftermiddagssol. Det kommer ett konstigt ljud typ som en mistlur lite då och då. Verkar som ljudet kommer från ventilationstrumman eller elcentralen för ljuset blinkar till.

The apartment was cozy and spacious for the 4 of us, with a double bed in one room and bunk beds for the 2 children in another room (the apartment was for a max of 6-7 people, but with >4 the living room has to be used as a bedroom, too). The staff were very friendly, it was possible to borrow games (E.G. Monopoly) and there was a playstation for the kids with some car racing game in the reception area (with fixed opening times, so no problem to retrieve the kids). Free car parking outside was available and wifi for the family (2 mobiles, 1 tablet and a laptop) cost 25 Euros for the week, which I found relatively inexpensive. Regarding the residence, not much, perhaps the extra charge of 10 Euros for using the safe in the apartment. Regarding the resort (Villeneuve/Serre Chevalier), I found the ski passes relatively expensive (240 Euros for the week per adult, where adult is defined as over 12 years of age). The Ski school (esf) only operated courses in the morning from 9-11:30, which was both too early and too short to be useful to us (especially given the time difference to Ireland/UK and the recent change to daylight saving time).
