The room is very comfortable and is of reasonable size. It's well-maintained. The breakfast is also good.

The lobby area is a little too small

Nice hotel for good price. Metro station is near the hotel, very easy to get any place in the city. Good hotel if you want to go on the city tour. Breakfast is also nice, staff is very polite. Clean in the rooms.

Basic and good priced with friendly staff and nice little breakfast.The location was very centric and good, but if you drive down there, expect to pay around €105 for 5 days parking in a secure car park nearby. Unless u have an old banger, it is very risky to leave your car parked somewhere in the streets of Paris. It will get scratched, pissed on or worse. Would go there again for value. Happy stay

The rooms could be cleaned and refreshed more thoroughly. They can feel a bit small (smaller than what u see in the pics) and the one on the ground floor faces Lamartine street which can be noisy late at night with bin lorries and merry walkers.

Location was convenient close to metro and many attractions, E.G. opera, sacre coeur, shopping. Wireless connection for free was good.

Terribly terrobly noisy, all rooms are facing the road and no way to get a goodnight sleep. Tiny rooms, air conditioning was out of order (and perhaps this is always the case), breakfast room and tables tiny, no day light and no space to put more than two cups of coffee on the table. Price is too high for what they offer: 145 Euros per night is a quite high price for waht they offer. There is a nearby hotel offering the same services for 128 Euros per night!! Better hotels nearby for less money.

Good location - walking distance to the Metro station. Rooms were comfortable and hotel staff were courteous.

Don't believe all of the negative comments on here - you get what you pay for don't expect to 5 star service and facilities if you are only willing to pay 3 star prices! Staff were very friendly and helpful.breakfast was lovely. Room was small but clean and very well located - the metro system is a two min walk and is very reliable, safe (even at night) and cost effective. Would be happy to stay again

The heating was on high all night which at times became uncomfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was perfect - 3 metro stations 5 min walk. Room was cleaned daily and very good, even though the furniture looks tired. Breakfast was fine, despite off breakfast room is very small and hotel was running on full occupancy during our stay we used to find table available. Staff speaks basic English, enough to communicate and all receptionists were helpful. Nothing wrong - for short stay (5 nights) in Paris very well priced hotel if you just need a good bed and bath to relax after full day out.

The breakfast could have been better and wi fi facilities need to be improved, travellers often require the internet and it wasnt available.

Good location, not far from Gare du Nord, nice local neighbour hood, not too touristy, felt safe, friendly staff, good value for money, Good base for a few nights in paris,

Breakfast area was quite small, so had to wait in queue for a table.

I liked how helpful the staff were. It was in a colourful area, about 15 minutes walk uphill to Sacre Coeu church, and about 15 mins walk to l'Opera. There is a metro station just nearby. Breakfast was efficient.

I dropped a glass by accident on the bathroom floor, but care was not taken in cleaning up all the shards that could have cut feet etc. On the second morning after the accident, there were still shards lying around the bathroom floor and bedroom carpet just outside the bathroom door. Otherwise, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean.
