Location was excellent; staff were great; easy access to wifi, breakfast included and the price was great for that area of Paris! The decor was hilariously horrific but the room was spotless!

Great location, quiet, and has airport suttle. Delightful hotel, would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to another friend going to Paris in a few weeks. Good value for money, esp. compared to other similar standard/located hotels. Room was compact and I don't think it was meant for 2 people

Central and good value. Friendly and efficient staff. The rooms could do with a bit of investments as furniture and fittings are very dated. Lift is very small and carpets in the main corridors are stained and worn. Bedroom door seemd to have been forced open once or twice before.

The location of the hotel was very good. 3 mins walk to notre-damme de lorette metro station. The staff were ok and spoke English. There was also an elevator which was necessary in a 5 storied-hotel. The double bed was a two single bed put together so it was not comfortable. The breakfast was served in a very small place with very few and small tables. We didn't stay on-season therefore didn't have to wait in queue for breakfast. However, if you want to stay in this hotel in summer or any other peak season you will surely wait for it.

Don't believe all of the negative comments on here - you get what you pay for don't expect to 5 star service and facilities if you are only willing to pay 3 star prices! Staff were very friendly and helpful.breakfast was lovely. Room was small but clean and very well located - the metro system is a two min walk and is very reliable, safe (even at night) and cost effective. Would be happy to stay again The heating was on high all night which at times became uncomfortable. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The walls of the rooms are covered with wallpaper and they have large windows which provide a distinctive style.. I think the disadvantage of the hotel is that the rooms don't have double bed and the space is small.

The location was perfect - 3 metro stations 5 min walk. Room was cleaned daily and very good, even though the furniture looks tired. Breakfast was fine, despite off breakfast room is very small and hotel was running on full occupancy during our stay we used to find table available. Staff speaks basic English, enough to communicate and all receptionists were helpful. Nothing wrong - for short stay (5 nights) in Paris very well priced hotel if you just need a good bed and bath to relax after full day out.

First of all, I enjoyed its location: we didn't have to take the bus/metro at all during our stay there. You have to walk about 20-30 minutes to the main attractions of Paris, but this is what makes you understand the city better. Plus the staff was helpful and the breakfast - considering that it was included in room's price - was satisfying. Maybe the fact that the public spaces are small: the reception hall, the restaurant. But once you get used to it, it becomes its charms. It makes it more intimate.

Numerous areas of visible damage to room, holes in walls and most importantly – incredibly unsanitary broken tiles and damage in the bathroom. Visible smoke/nicotine stains all over the room despite it being a no smoking room. Finally, as far as feeling safe leaving my belongings, the door to the room did NOT properly lock; had to pull quite hard to ensure the door pulled completely closed.

They lady manager was excellent. She made our stay very pleasant - always ready to help and offer advice on how to get from place to place. She also recommended great places to visit and went out of her way to help arrange for transport when required. It is also very convenient - near the metro as well as near to places of interests - walking distance. There was no air-conditioning although they advertised that the rooms are air-conditioned. Reason given: they are being repaired / under maintenance. Am sceptical about it - all rooms air-conditioners are not working - these are individually installed and not part of central air-condiitioning. Makes me wonder if they were trying to save money. They did not offer any refund. They offered to provide a fan that never arrived (although we asked for it twice) until my husband had to go and take one up himself! On our last night stay, there was a blackout - was thoroughly uncomfortable as the room was very small. Even with windows opened (loud traffic noise) the room was warm and stuffy! No one bothered to come inform us and explain what happened. So no proper breakfast as well - no coffee or tea - only cold stuff - when the electricity finally came on about 9.30am.

Very convenient location and the receptionist Miriam was excellent (her male counterparts were rather 'lazy'). She went out of her way to make out trip memorable. Breakfast was excellent too - delicious, warm French bread, croissants, cold cuts, yoghurt etc. There was no air-conditioning although advertised. Apparently, the system was out of order. We were given fans so rather warm at night

just location is the only good point about this hotel. the rooms are extremely tiny. you can simply touch opposite walls in a room with your hands. you just can't use the toilet coz your knees won't feet in the space apr. 20 sm. between toilet sink and the opposite window (still can't understand for what they did the window in front of the toilet sink). also you can hear everything what your neighbors do, coz walls between rooms are too thin. the staff serving breakfast is very rude.

Good location. Metro Notre-Dame-de-Lorette is very close to the hotel. Hotel offers transfer to airport, disneyland and etc. Generally good hotel. Very small room. We could not switch a/c. Early morning it was very noisy, so we were closing the windows. Breakfast was not very good, if you are late nothing is left on the table and the tables were very small. Small double bed.
