Clean and comfortable hotel with reasonable pricing compared with nearby Geneva Slightly difficult to approach and enter car park when using satellite navigation. The system would not recognise the address given, and if approached from the north as I did I was directed to the wrong side of the street and could not go back round the block to access the car park due to the interlocking one-way street system near the hotel.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room that was reasonably spacious. The shower was pretty good too. Breakfast was ok. Bus to the border crossing into Geneva is right outside the door. Some nice restaurants quite close by too. Wi-Fi available as well.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel very clean. It was ideally situated for town and train station. We were visiting friends in Vetraz- Monthoux so didn't spend too much time in hotel. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. Although available in reception area it was not advertised that well and a price list shown in lift, perhaps suggest one in the rooms to advertise facility

Spacious room (Quad room) Quite good value for money if considering quite high hotel price at Geneva. Free and closed parking is also convenient for car traveler. Bit noisy if the room is at street side.

The room was clean and spacious, free WiFi in the room and secure parking place. There is a good bus/tram connection to the city of Geneva. I recomend this hotel to all whi want to go sightseeing Geneve.

Much cheaper than the Geneva hotels, 20 minutes away by car. It's in the center of a small town, with everything nearby (shops, restaurants, cafes). The Hotel is clean and the staff friendly.

It was competetively priced much more so than Hotels of similar types in Switzerland.10 mins by bus to the Border and a further 30 mins by tram to Geneva centre.Clean and tidy,excellent for a budget stay. We were not informed,but on arrival we discovered that the Hotel was being renovated to the outside of the building.Therefore all the shutters were down and could not be opened.There was no light into the room.The staff could not say how long the improvements will take.

Parking fermé. Nombreux restos à proximité. Bien situé pour visiter Genève, Yvoire, Thonon et Evian et proche autoroute pour repartir. Très pratique donc et calme. Ne pas se fier à l'accueil un peu "repoussant"... L'entrée de l’hôtel un peu "glauque". il ne faut as s'y attarder car les chambres sont vraiment agréables et propres et avec Wifi gratuit !

Plein centre ville d'Annemasse. Le bruit des voisins de chambre, le flexible de douche casse, les joints de carelage douteux dans les coins de la salle de bain, la poste de la 113 qui ferme tres difficilement sans emouvoir la reception. C'est dommage parce que la deco est assez soignee.

Bonne situation géographique, en centre ville, à proximité de restaurants. L'hotel est correct, personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont agréables et la partie salle d'eau bien équipée. Le matelas du lit est trop ferme
