Latino Café  

Es liegt inmitten der Fußgängerzone und hat ein kleines Bistro, sprich eine gute Lage. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und das Bad hell.

Das Zimmer (Nr. 4) ist extrem klein, man kann gerade so um das Bett herum gehen. Zwei Lampen waren kaputt, eine Nachttischlampe hing nur noch an ihrem Kabel, da der Arm abgebrochen war. Im gesamten Treppenhaus roch es nach Sanitärreiniger oder eher nach Beckensteinen. Der Geruch im Zimmer war ähnlich. Das zum Taubenhof gelegene Fenster läßt Küchengerüche ins Zimmer, wenn man es zum Lüften öffnet. Der Blick in den Taubenverschlag ist eigentlich nicht zumutbar. Darüber hinaus gibt es nur eine handgeschriebene Rechnung auf der die Adresse des Reisenden nicht eingetragen wird.

A little strange arrangement..above a restaurant. We arrived around 3 pm and the clerk tried to be friendly and helpful, though he sort of was neither. He did carry my wife's bag up the stairs.

Lighting was poor in the room and comfort is strictly limited to the bed... But you can stay in the resto and you are in the centrum and can stay every where around.

Not much except it was close to sites.

The staff was unhelpful and basically non existent. The room was fair however very noisy as it on a busy square. The only plus was that it was very close to the church and some sites. We would not recommend it.

. Good Price, nice location in the city centre. pretty new. bed comfortable. nice breakfast however it is not in the hotel, you have to walk less than 5 minutes to other hotel to get it, but it's worthy.possible to park in the street (paying). recommendable.

No elevator (4 floors). The man in the reception desk was not friendly at all. At the check out time (11a.m.) nobody was at the reception desk, he was at the bar serving tables. We didn't get an invoice.

We liked the central location, whcih was ideal for moocing around the town. It was close to a number of cafes / restaurants offering breakfast. Reims is a lovely city, clean & tidy, with many interesting buildings with many touching references to victims of the 2nd world war and the local resistance. The tram netwrok is both useful and very attractive, with a buried collector rail and hence no overhead cables.

We were on the third floor and had to climb nearly 50 steps with luggage, etc. The room, whilst clean was very small and looked into a gloomy & dirty yard. It was tuffy and opening the window was difficult because of the lack of space, privacy, etc. The food was expensive (by comparison to other nearby restaurants, etc) and breakfast was very limited. However, if you turn right out of the Latino and go for about 100 yards to the cafe on the corner, you will get a nice breakfast in Art Deco surroundings. We had to ask for a receipt when paying and the chap on duty did not seem to know what to do about taking the money. Parking was not availabe in the hotel, but there was a multi-storey car park about 300 yards away. The one way street system (in common with many cities), is "a thing of beauty and a joy forever". We survived.

1. Horrible service!!! Despite the man at reception has told me that the hotel is open until 3 A.M. I could not enter it at midnight. Also wi- fi was not working neither in the evening nor in the morning and nobody has worn us about that as well as no other options were proposed. Reception man arrived only at 11.20 in the morning while we wanted to leave much earlier but had to wait for him to get the receipt. Also they have a strange rule that the check-out time is 11.30 but the room keys are demagnetized at 11.00 A.M., so if you left your room in the morning you even can not enter it 30 min before the check out (and see above - nobody was at the reception till 11.20). 2. Strong smell of food if you open the window.

The room had a bit of a smell, musty an no air conditioning.

Central location and ok for short stay. (Didn't eat there so can't comment on food offer )

Beds not great for comfort. Double is two beds pushed together with the inevitable ridge down the middle. No lift just stairs The decor maybe not to everyone's taste

Good price, located in the centre of the city at the lively place drouet Arlon. Room was 2 floors above the Latino cafe and not noisy at all.

Le restaurant Latino café et l'ambiance avec vidéo de concerts Latino L'emplacement géographique dans une rue piétonne et un quartier commerçant. En décembre le marché de Noël est à la porte de l'hôtel !

Le manager de l'hotel c'est "trompé" de chambre et est rentré alors que ma copine et moi meme nous changions. Elle etait en petite tenue, et est restée choquée, le manager n'a meme pas frappé.

juste que ma reservation N'A eu lieu aupres de L'hotel heureusement qu'il reste une chambre !!!!! en periode de fete de noel les places sont difficile A trouver ! pas tres cool . L'hotel sympa decors aussi literie impec .

Pas de personnel dans l'établissement, il faut sortir et aller demander les informations au café attenant. Aucune information sur le petit déjeuner, vous êtes devant le fait accompli que ce service n'est pas proposé par l'hotel, et même pas par le café attenant encore fermé à 8h le matin. Vous devez vous débrouillez seul et demander à 1 passant .Par chance, vous rencontrerez quelqu'1 qui vous indiquera la boulangerie,dont le personnel est fort aimable d'ailleurs, à 150m qui, lui, propose 1 gobelet de café et viénoiseries. En guise de salle de bain, ce n'est qu'1 wc avec lave main, miroir, sèche serviette, sèche cheveux et planchettes pour poser ses petites affaires. Les serviettes-savon- gobelet à dent sont fournis. Le compartiment douche qui se situe de l'autre coté du couloir de l'entrée, est très correcte. La chambre est très petite, mais on y dort bien. Le rapport qualite-prix est EXCESSIF.Il ne se justifierait peut-être que par la proximité du congrès de Reims !

Locatie en restaurant

De kamer was klein en heel donker met 'uitzicht' op een piepkleine vieze binnenplaats / duiventil. De lampen waren kapot, dus er was onvoldoende licht. Het bed was te laag en doorgelegen. Het was erg gehorig en rumoerig vanuit het trappenhuis en andere kamers. De glijstang van de douche was kapot, waardoor je niet normaal kon douchen. Het rook muf. Ontbijten zou aan de overkant kunnen, maar waar bleef onduidelijk.

la désagréable surprise de m'apercevoir le matin de bonne heure que la douche ne fonctionne pas et de ne pas avoir eu la chambre réservé au départ mais une chambre mansardée sous les toits. personne à la réception le matin à 8 h.

Il est très bien situé et la chambre est grande ! Un séjour pour une nuit est plus que suffisant !

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Nous avons patienté plus de 15 min pour avoir notre chambre sans nous donner plus d'explications. Pour nous expliquer que nous avions réserve par booking et qu'il n'avait pas accès à internet pour verifier ! Le prix sur booking était supérieur au prix propose par lhotel (5€ de différence) Les draps et la couette n'étaient pas propres !! Le rapport qualité prix est plus que médiocre !! Vers 10h30 la femme de chambre est venue frapper à notre porte car elle voulait faire la chambre !! Alors que nous devions libérer la chambre a midi !

Chambre au dernier étage (4ème) sans ascenseur mais escalier très en pente Toilettes et vasques d'un coté de la chambre et traverser de l autre coté pour ce doucher pas vraiment pratique vraiment pas conseille comme hotel

dommage pour la discrétion !!!
