W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji do 8 dni przed datą przyjazdu, hotel obciąży Gościa sumą w wysokości 50 procent opłaty za wszystkie noce .
W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub w przypadku nie pojawienia się Gościa w hotelu, hotel obciąży Gościa pełną opłatą za zarezerwowany pobyt.
Dzieci i dodatkowe łóżka
Jedno dziecko do lat 2 - opłata w wysokości 15,00 EUR za pobyt, na łóżeczku niemowlęcym .
Maksymalna ilość łóżeczek niemowlęcych w pokoju to 1.
Nie ma możliwości dostawienia dodatkowych łóżek w pokoju.
Dodatkowe łóżka oferowane są na życzenie i muszą zostać potwierdzone przez hotel.
Dodatkowe opłaty nie zostaną automatycznie doliczone do całkowitego kosztu rezerwacji i muszą zostać uregulowane bezpośrednio w hotelu.
Depozyt
Hotel obciąży Gościa opłatą za cały zarezerwowany pobyt przynajmniej jeden dzień przed datą przyjazdu. Kwota ta nie podlega zwrotowi.

The friendliness of one of the waiters and of two of the receptionists,the cleanliness of the pool -The hotel was not the hotel shown in the picture,when booking.-the personnel does not speak any language other than french,I speak three languages plus french,my husband and daughter speak fluent german and english.just two people out of the whole staff tried to at least to speak english.-the breakfast is not worth the money,very poor breakfast.- our first room had large mold growth,the second one offered,small mold spots.but there was no way,to get any other hotel at the time,so we had to stay in the second one offered.-hotel staff is unable to read the Do Not Disturb Sign,and unable to differentiate between customer property towel and hotel towel,etc...We have been coming to St.Raphael for years now,but never had such disappointment. |

La posizione all'interno del parco ospitante i campi da golf, la spaziosità della camera e del balcone, la gentilezza del personale al desk Pur essendo una buona struttura, la pulizia e gli arredi datati lo fanno sembrare un hotel di scarsa qualità. Il cibo (la colazione) non è all'altezza della categoria di hotel e del prezzo. |

calme ,verdure ;detente; hotel bien entretenu je travaille dans un hotel 4 etoiles a Nice votre hotel est proche d un 4 etoiles nous avons été tres content de notre séjour .salle de sport tres bien et jeux proposés (billard play station 3 )tres bien aussi.nous avon été tres satisafaits de pouvoir profiter de la piscine meme une foi que notre check out etait effectué .merci encore pour tout. tout bien; mais un petit moins sur le restaurant le soir ;le barman pas tres accueuillant ,en revanche le jeune serveur bien et tres sympa qui assurait la salle a lui tout seul apparemment un peu d attente au debut mais comprehensible donc puisque les autres ne suivaient pas. dommage que vous ne proposez pas une carte legere de 12 a 18h en continu pour les clients qui restent a la piscine. |

Un appel le lendemain de notre séjour, nous demandant de réglement de la facture.....!!!! Réglement éffectué le jour de notre départ. Facture à l'appui et ticket de cb, avec demande de faxer la facture et le ticket de cb. Je trouve cela un peu frustrant, je souhaite que ce genre de réclamation ne se renouvelle pas trop souvent.Surtout avec les moyens de contrôle informatique. Une fausse note à notre séjour. |
