Rooms, noise levels, cleanliness of rooms. Lack of shower

Location. Great design, just like the photos. Very friendly and helpful staff in a very clean hotel.

I thought the setting was very good and the staff were generally excellent. The public areas were very good and the rooms were clean.

The rooms were small and the Spa was extremely misleading. For 246 rooms a sauna that can, at best, hold 6 people is ridiculous. Check-in and check-out was badly understaffed however. Wifi connection was very poor.

The hotel is nicely designed with all required amenities. The bar and lounge area were really nice. The provision of evening entertainment (specifically Jazz) was excellent. The room although being small was functional and comfortable.

The price I paid did not refelct a 'superior' room at eur1000 for 4 nights I would expect more from an equivalent reputable hotel. It would have been useful to have two keys (we understand one was lost before we arrived but no effort was made to have a new one cut during our stay even though we asked). The breakfast is poor value at eur16 per person which put us off eating at the hotel so we ate out all the time.

Excellent location, interesting / quirky design. Decent facilities. Good value through booking.com discount (otherwise pretty expensive).

Rooms are on the small side, swimming pool even smaller ! Breakfast at €16 pp is very poor value. Staff could have been more accomodating: when we asked to check out at 12.00 rather than 10.00 they said no and asked us to put our luggage into storage - eventhough the hotel was nowhere near full.

Great location. Although we are not skiers, for those that are- straight out of reception and onto the skis.

Had difficulty booking a car parking space at local car park. Hotwel wre not prepared to do this despite the fact that the hotel itself has no parking.

great design. very nice room. although no double duvet fo a double bed. live jazz and real fire every night. excellent cocktails and hot drinks.

The location was unbeatable for skiing

Great location - very handy to slopes. Comfortable room - nice views. Helpful staff.

Difficult for drivers to get luggage to/from hotel due to barriers on roads - no information about shuttle services to car park etc. Very crowded ski room in busy times

accés à l'hotel compliqué quand on arrive pour la premiere fois dans la station, on ne peut meme pas ammener sa voiture devant l'hotel pour decharger. personne ne nous a dis avant notre arrivé qu'il y avait des voituriers.on ne peut pas prendre nos chambres avant 16h, alors que quand vous avez fait de la route le matin, le minimum c'est de pouvoir poser ses affaires dans sa chambre et se poser 5 min dedans. On ne vient pas prendre notre commande dans les salons, on est obligé d'aller nous meme au bar pour commander. Service tres leger pour un hotel de ce standing et de cette gamme de prix

La tranquilité

Lors de la réservation sur internet, à aucun moment il y avait une différence de prix des chambres. Sur la facture émise, très surpris de voir : nuit du 24/12 = 85€ les autres nuits (du 25 au 28) = 197€, par nuit. Une telle différence de prix est inexplicable.

On est dans un 3 étoiles assez médiocre. Il n'y a aucun reproche à faire, les prestations sont assurées mais pas non plus d'effort pour améliorer le confort du client. La cuisine en restaurant est assez décevante
