Hôtel Les Bruyères  

1. Proximity to the slopes, stores and restaurants. 2. Knowledge, professionalism and efficiency of the front desk staff (in particular Milene was outstanding). 3. Bathroom and WC being separate. 4. The room and bathroom look/feel new and are very comfortable. 5. Kids room off the hotel lobby.

very convinient for dki trips - you walk out and you are right on the slopes. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful views from the rooms.

We were on the 8th floor, just below reception and you can hear all the time people walking and dragging suitcases. The swimming pool is on a distance from the hotel, so it's only for the brave once to go out and walk 5minutes in swimming suits in -15C.

Firstly, this hotel is in the most fantastic location with a courtesy bus stopping right outside. The staff are so calm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The interior is classic contemporary, clean, relaxing and very comfortable! The view that we had from our room was absolutely amazing, just stretches of snowy mountains contrasting with the clear blue sky. The amenities were also spot on, especially the outside pool! We didn't eat in the restaurant because we sadly were only there for two nights, but the menu looked lovely and very well priced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a warm and friendly retreat up in the mountains. The only down side is that I didn't want to leave:(!

Able to publish in Russian at least instructions for clients. If at this point will be Russian hotel or cafe in the winter, they will tired of customers.

Efficient, good location, ok breakfast, very good value for money.

Don't buy your ski pass at the hotel reception desk. We were sold the wrong pass (les m only instead of 3v) and only found out the next day when I was trying to enter a lift. It cost me a lot of frustration, walking up the mountain on skis and one full day of skiing to correct the error the receptionist made. I was very upset. The hotel staff couldn't care less.

Great location...close to Les Menuires ski hill with easy access to neighbouring Val Thorens

There was a light sewage odour on the thrid floor hallway. Breakfast was a tad expensive (15€) for a basic european buffet; howver to be expected at that time of year in a very popular location.

Location is superb on the piste. Bar area with open fire was very homely with excellent staff who was always very busy but also she always made time to ensure you had what you needed and to chat.

Need to allocate a room on departure date (not spa) to get showered / changed. Spa has no changing area!

Do not give teathwasher and creame

Самое главное и существенное преимущество это отеля - это его расположение. Находится в непосредственной близости от подъемников, откуда можно дальше разъехаться во все стороны. К ski-room, где вы храните свои лыжи, можно съехать прям с горы. Выход из ski-room так же прям на гору. Напротив отеля находится прекрасный ресторан с отменной кухней, куда так же можно съехать на лыжах ))) На ресепшн отеля можно забронировать столик в других ресторанах, куда вас отвезут бесплатно на шатле. Кругом лифты и эскалаторы, это для тех, кто не любит ходить по ступенькам или наклонным плоскостям )) В номере довольно чисто, отдельная ванная с туалетом, хорошая сантехника.

Каждое утро, начиная с 7-00, под окнами начинал уборку снега суровый тракторист на суровом тракторе с пищалкой заднего хода. Сна не было, пока не пожаловались на ресепшн. Пищалку выключили, а трактор все-равно работал. Но в принципе спать стало можно )
