Great, very friendly staff, modern and clean rooms, felt like at home.

The rooms are quite small

This hotel is located exacltly at the end of the slopes and you can jump from the skies directly in the hotel bar. Personnel is very frendly and almost all of them are speking good english and they are ready to help all the time.

The food on the hotel restaurant is very poor and quite expensive. We decided to take our breakfast in one of the pubs&terases located near the hotel. For dinner there are a lot of options arround.

The location was great, just next to the slopes The room was really nice (cosy, modern design, seperate toilet, Good shower) Dinner was good

The spa was very small. The breakfast was expensive for what you got Skiroom was tiny

I stayed with a friend for a short ski break 26 - 29 March 2012. Excellent hotel, I particularly liked the genuine ski in - ski out facility from the 10th floor ski locker area (confusing at first until you realise the hotel is built into the hill.) Extremely pleasant and helpful staff with good language skills. Nice, well furnished and clean room with large balcony. Good value for money for a hotel of this quality.

I felt that the breakfasts were a little on the expensive side at 16 euros so we didn't have them.

Great hotel very close to the slopes, ski hire and ski school.

One of the 2 lifts was out of action for the whole of our stay although it was being worked on.

rooms are a bit small, shared a double superior room with my two children and it felt cramped not a lot of wardrobe space for three people with normal and ski clothes. The spare bed mattress was solid, asked hotel if they could change it but nothing available.

Great location with ski in and out and restaurants on the door step. Resort is v quiet with limited après ski but that would be my only complaint.....and not the hotels fault!

Able to publish in Russian at least instructions for clients. If at this point will be Russian hotel or cafe in the winter, they will tired of customers.

Efficient, good location, ok breakfast, very good value for money.

Don't buy your ski pass at the hotel reception desk. We were sold the wrong pass (les m only instead of 3v) and only found out the next day when I was trying to enter a lift. It cost me a lot of frustration, walking up the mountain on skis and one full day of skiing to correct the error the receptionist made. I was very upset. The hotel staff couldn't care less.

Hôtel moderne très bien situé au pied des pistes, très bien équipé. Le personnel était très sympathique.

Le restaurant est un peu en dessous du niveau général de l'hôtel.

Het hotel heeft een fantastische ligging. Op 50 meter van het hotel stap je op je skies. Direct buiten het hotel liggen de gezellige restaurantjes. Het centrum is overdekt. Het hotel heeft een uitstekend ontbijt. De bar op de 10e verdieping is erg gezellig met de grote open haard en de zitjes. Skipassen kun je bij de receptie halen.

Tegen het einde van het seizoen is het personeel wat uitgeblust maar bij de receptie blijven ze vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een latere check-out was geen probleem.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de place de parking proche puor permettre de déposer les bagages. Petit déjeuner bcp trop cher. Décentré vis-à-vis de "Les Menuires"
