Hôtel l'Aigle des Neiges  

We loved the hotel, nice design, it's location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, very close to the lifts and the breakfast was good and sorted. Near shops and restaurants as well, We also liked to relax in the pool and sauna area after skiing, and must say that it was really nice to receive chocolate eggs as a surprice in the room this easter. Would love to come back, and would recommend it to anyone else.

Location to slopes is excellent / 10 feet away and really friendly staff in boot room - even help you get ones boots on! Good restaurant / expensive. Bar ok, bands play soft rock/jazz if that's your thing - they could have been a bit more lively - hence why this hotel bar is not on the "hot" list, which probably is a good thing if your looking for some R&R after a hard ski!

Rooms where small and overpriced. Rooms where tired and not 4star. We had to move rooms as 1st was simply too small for 3 persons and had one tiny window. Do not accept a room on the 5th floor it's an attic and in my view an overflow used by the staff.

Modern designer hotel, clean, with great staff. In particular, the ski team downstairs with a great attitude. Extremely convenient and efficient way of handling skis, boots etc.

The Staff were amazing, we loved the convenience the ski room and service offered. It was a ski in ski out and wonderful. We loved the jacks bar and the nightly entertainment. The staff were helpful and extremely accommodating. The spa and pool/steam room were great. The treatments affordable and professional. The hotel was very clean as were the rooms.

Our only minor issue was the set up in the junior suite. We had a teenage son downstairs on the fold out couch and when the bed was opened there was not much room to pass and our loft bed upstairs offered no privacy. However we managed and enjoyed our room nonetheless. The bathroom was modest but nice.

La qualità del cibo al ristorante è veramente bassa. Inoltre la piscina della spa ha una temperatura insufficente e quindi è troppo fredda,inoltre praticamente non esiste un idromassaggio degno di questo nome.

La piscine trop froide et un SPA qui manque de lumière.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijtbuffet, vlak aan de piste en Spa + zwembad.

De kamertemperatuur was te warm. Altijd ramen open gehad, waardoor 's nachtdienst wel eens wat geluidsoverlast.

Le personnel est tres disponible. les pistes sont tres proches de l hotel,

je n ai pas trouvé la chambre suffisamment propre par rapport aux 4 étoiles de l'établissement.
