Hôtel l'Aigle des Neiges    

Al het personeel was bijzonder behulpzaam. Zowel bij uitladen van de auto als het aanreiken van de schoenen en de skies. Ook in de ontbijtruimte was voldoende personeel om E.E.A. aan te vullen. Naar de piste lopen ongeveer 100 meter.

De zijde van het hotel waar wij verbleven was T.O.V. de straatzijde erg gehorig. Een groot aantal nachten was het tot 05.00uur buiten erg luidruchtig met franse en engelse jongeren.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijtbuffet, vlak aan de piste en Spa + zwembad.

De kamertemperatuur was te warm. Altijd ramen open gehad, waardoor 's nachtdienst wel eens wat geluidsoverlast.

Staff were generally very helpful. Breakfast was excellent if expensive. Good rooms. Ski room is good.

Only thing I can say is the breakfast staff could be more observant with what is going on with the individual tables eg. clearing, offering coffee I realise breakfast is not a-la-carte but this small thing could, in my opinion, contribute to making an excellent hotel almost flawless!

Staff was very kind

I got burnt in the bathroom with the radiator. Pillows were cheap cotton pillows and no alternative was available. No conditioner in the bathroom. Hair-dryer very poor quality. Draft from the window. Pool with cold water.

Didn't like the look of the communal areas bar restaurant etc. So never used these parts.

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff was superb.

The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly on the mid week days.

Location is very good. Staff were friendly.

Room was a little run down and not well looked after, dirty carpets and curtains. Quiet expensive, not much included in the price. I would think that like many people I would have used more of the facilities were they not so expensive. A bottle of water at 5euro that costs 1.20 across the road and 7 euro for a cappuccino is taking the piss.

Excellent staff members and a atenttion of my stay. They offer to me a car service to pick me up when I arrived.

They don´t have a hot tube.

I thought the interior design of the bar area was very ugly and unwelcoming. Too much chocolate brown, with hideous pink lights and lime green ceiling. Very oppressive. I cant think of a more ugly hotel interior. Shame you did not stick to your theme of natural and eco friendly. It could have felt a lot more frendly and relaxing with better use of colour and natural materials. I also think the breakfast was overpriced. Fine if you ate a full breakfast, but there should have been a cheaper option. 19 euros for a cup of coffee and bowl of fruit/yoghurt was excessive.

This Hotel have a very nice and cosy bar area. This Hotel have a really good location. Very nice staff in Hotel ski store area.

Slow internet. Breakfast can be better for 19 €. Room standard don't live up to price level.

Location close to lifts

Pure service, very dark colors, no food at all from 11 am till 19.30. No support in case if somebody is getting ill. Very high prices for everything at the hotel.

Very convenient being right in the heart of town with direct access to lifts and slopes. Very helpful staff. Nice bar and resturants

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very close to the ski slopes as well as the village centre.

Everything! The service was amazing, the facilities were outstanding and our room was so nice we hardly wanted to leave it! The location was also absolutely perfect and so was the ski service. Thank you to all the team for such a great service. We'll be back.:-)

Nothing! we loved everything about it

The hotel was situated extremely close to the slopes, and the service the hotel offers is great, especially the guys in the ski room.

The price of food and drink was very expensive.

Location to slopes is excellent / 10 feet away and really friendly staff in boot room - even help you get ones boots on! Good restaurant / expensive. Bar ok, bands play soft rock/jazz if that's your thing - they could have been a bit more lively - hence why this hotel bar is not on the "hot" list, which probably is a good thing if your looking for some R&R after a hard ski!

Rooms where small and overpriced. Rooms where tired and not 4star. We had to move rooms as 1st was simply too small for 3 persons and had one tiny window. Do not accept a room on the 5th floor it's an attic and in my view an overflow used by the staff.
