Room number 23. Friendly staff, nice view on garden and inner court. In summer the outdoor terrace is probably a nice area to have breakfast or a drink, but now it was too cold.Comfortable bed and pillows, modern bathroom. Average breakfast. Non smoking policy not clearly indicated, so our first room was used by smokers. The receptionist apologized and offered us immediately a new room. Very poor sound isolation between the rooms, noisy hotel in very, very quiet and peaceful environment. But not a 4 star hotel, I think 3 would be more appropriate.

A delight - a lovely traditional style French hotel, with very friendly staff who spoke excellent English. While we were there, it was too cold to sit outside but in summer it would be lovely in the garden. We had a proper suite - a bedroom and separate lounge. It really was more like an apartment. Would definitely go back again and very pleased to have found it.. There was nothing to dislike!

The staff was very helpful when we had a problem with the room. They were also very accommodating about allowing us to take a continental breakfast instead of the full buffet The rooms are a bit shabby and need updating. I dint like bedspread and blankets that others have used and would prefer a sheet duvet comforter which hotels in lesser category now have. They are going for old world tattered elegance and need to update things more without diminishing the charm(new pipes in bathroomsetc)

The garden area was lovely and it was the pictures of the garden that encouraged us to stay, and it was very pleasant to be able to dine outside in the garden. Very unusually the toilet was seperate from the bathroom and accessed via the lounge of the suite, however there was no sink in the toilet despite ample space which was very inconvenient ant unhygenic.

L'accueil chaleureux La décoration et l' ameublement, le style maison de famille Le jardin magnifique La chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable La salle de bain très grande. La baignoire douche peu pratique d'accès. Les plats du dîner manquent de saveur.

Hôtel de charme... Suranné. Le temps semble arrêté, des salons impressionnants, un décor "charme discret de la bourgeoisie", des traces des années cinquante, soixante, ... a la fois improbable et fascinant. Le jardin est à la hauteur. Peut-être à fréquenter vite avant travaux? Le restaurant est plus que moyen: beaucoup de chichis dans le service pour une cuisine moyenne. L'hôtel arbore 4 étoiles sur sa façade...: Exagéré.

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre très propre et lits confortables. Petit dej varié et frais. Cour intérieure verdoyante ou il doit faire bon de se poser quand il y a du soleil. Difficile de trouver une place pour se garer (rues du village, placette devant l'église)

Amabilité du personnel, belle chambre (suite), restauration de bon niveau, petit déjeuner de bonne qualité (pris dans la chambre) Je me suis garé dans la rue, peut-être y a t-il un parking privé mais je n'ai pas demandé ayant trouvé une place devant. Ne me semble pas mériter 4 étoiles, malgré les points positifs.

Bonne base géographique pour explorer la partie Est du Val de Loire. Endroit charmant que la façade de l’hôtel ne trahit pas, vu de l’extérieur. Personnel de l’hôtel accueillant, poli et disponible. Excellent buffet au petit déjeuner. Cours intérieure très calme et invitante. Décoration agréable. Calme. - Service du dîner un peu long. - Parking un peu limité et sur la rue - Une douche, pas de baignoire
