The staff were very friendly, the outdoor terrace was adorable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient and quiet retreat after a long day of strolling all over the city. It's also across from a metro stop, but everything is walkable. Our room was on the top floor so the ceilings were pretty low, but we did have windows on two sides so it didn't feel too cramped. |

Location and helpfull staff were superb. The couldn't give us an upgrade of the room, but compensated this unnecessarily with some paris chocaolates and a discount on our room. |

The hotel is central to Paris' Metro system, in a great (safe) neighbourhood with daily amenities close at hand. The staff are cheerful and very helpful. |

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Great location for safety and availibility to other sites in Paris. A lot of eating places around the hotel with the Metro across the street. A romantic park across the street. We had a very comfortable room. Many complained about the 16 Euro breakfast per person, but Paris is expensive when it comes to eating. |

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and very helpful. And although our hotel room was quite small it was enough for me and my wife to enjoy our short but romantic stay in Paris. In the mornings the hotel was a bit noisy, probably the walls were very thin. |

Several of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, near the Metro and Rue Cler (where you can go for a great morning stroll and an omelette breakfast to die for). The room was extremely small, even by Paris standards, at 12' x 12' x 12' x 11' (the room wasn't quite square). Not much space for a double bed, a desk, chair, and stand up closet. That left room for only one bedside lamp, so you have to flip a coin if you both wish to read. |

The hotel is well located (c. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tour & Champs Elysees) and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a romantic location. |

Good location, friendly staff and charming enviroment transfer - we booked the transfer with the hotel, but no one mentioned that the van will stop in other hotel to get more guests (supposed to be only us). In the end, we arrived a bit late in the airport, lucky not missed the flight (but it was close !). |

I liked everything! the room was very clean, confortable and very big in comparison with Paris average. There was free wifi, and the hotel staff even borrow us a laptop for use in our room! I would recommend this hotel for everyone. |

Great Hotel, captures the feeling and sophistication of Paris without the normal price tag. Large rooms by Paris standards, and very light and airy. I would definately stay there again. Great location, 20 meters from metro stairs. Value for money. |

All staff were friendly and professional. The wonderful smell of polish when we arrived was an indication of the level of cleanliness in the hotel. The bedroom was small but very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Its proximity to the metro and views of les Invalides and the Eiffel tower made it a good location for sightseeing and a choice of good eating places around about was a b |

The location of the hotel was great. It was just directly opposite the metro station and a few stops away from major attractions. However, as the station of the hotel is not on the main line, there will be a need to change lines to get to most destination. The morning staff at the hotel were great and were able to offer assistance when required. Staff at night can't converse well in English. The room were very close to one another and you can hear the noise when the chambermaid are cleaning the rooms next door. It can be quite annoying as they start pretty early in the morning. You can also hear your neighbours whenever they open / shut the door or if they talk loudly. |

Location. Staff very pleasant and helpful Bathroom almost unuseable. If staying again, I would question more closely size of bathroom & useable counter space. Though decorated nicely, bathroom was not the least bit functional.Shower practically flooded entire room when used. Personal Car service offered by hotel in reality did not exist--left stranded at CDG--staff apologized/offered shuttle service. Breakfast-not good value for price |

The location makes it easy and quick to access all of the city centre facilities and a lot of them are within easy walking distance. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the bathroom spacious and well equipped. It was very quiet at night even with the bedroom window left open. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is perhaps a bit expensive but as it is optional you always have a choice. |
