The little and very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Great location. 10 m from the metro station and taxi stop and from nearest restaurants with excellent menu (we recommend especially PASCO). Excellent breakfast.

Great older building with caracter. Within stone's throw from major sights. Location directly next to metro stop and taxi stand.

The location was great ....walking distance to Eiffel Tower.

The staff was either inexperienced of ambivalent, or both, to the guests. The room was a Liberace fans dream...with purple velvet and gold lame walls. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The room itself was cluttered, and difficult to navigate around the furniture.

Location and charm of the old residence. But, modern enough with ac and wifi to be very comfortable.

Just small, but that is typical of intercity whether in Europe or the us.

Because it was our anniversary, we were upgraded to a beautiful and very large room and a bottle of Champaign with fresh strawberries and rasberries!

I thought the bed cover could have been cleaner the room we stayed in had a few stains on the blue bed spread.

Nothing. It was a terrible inconsiderate hotel. With no regard for customer service.

We made an innocent mistake on the Internet on the date of the booking as the booking.com website moved the date in which we had to stay in Paris. As I noticed this mistake immediately, I was asked by booking.com to contact the hotel directly for some clarification as they tried but said there was no exception to their clauses. I contacted the hotel immediately but was offered a date that they knew I would not be in Paris for. I found that to be so deliberate and inconsiderate. Why would the management offer me a room on the 17th when they knew I was leaving Paris on the same day as I informed them of so. I even dropped by the hotel when I was in the area to ask them to give me in return an equivalent of a room at the €212 they charged me for a very innocent mistake that occurs quite often in the website, out of goodwill, but they said they could do nothing even tho they had rooms available. If this is the way a "hotel" is run, then something is very wrong with the people running this hotel. How low can you go to make a couple of bucks.

This is a smal hotel, absolutely perfect located. We couldn't believe its closeness to the metro. So no matter how far we walk we just needed to take the metro and it would leave us across the small street to the hotel(Just in front of it) And there is a taxi location on the same street. The staff was incredible helpful, giving us tips, directions and more. For the rainy days the hotel has umbrellas for the guests to take. As with everywhere in europe, the rooms are not to big, but this ones were perfect. WiFi was working with good speed along the hotel. They clean the rooms every day and sometimes even set it up again in the afternoon. Bathroom was clean and perfect. I can't describe how wonderful the staff was with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is fantastic and the staff friendly.

The building is very old, and you can hear every footstep taken on the floor above. Also it is necessary to bring your bags up a flight of stairs to get to the hotel reception ahmed there is no bellman.

Great location and concept

One of the two hotel staff was a bit rude when I wanted to change rooms from a lime green room, but we did manage to change rooms to a nice pink room. The concept of the hotel is very good but unfortunately it is now rough around the edges and doesnt have the quality feel anymore, more tacky. I think for the price you pay, you should have the quality feel, which we didn't (and we have a superior room!).

Great location, great hotel and awesome staff! I highly recommend and will return. The rooms were big for a 3 star Parsian hotel. The area around the hotel is one of my favorite in Paris.

We liked the location of the hotel, relatively quiet, excellent for metro travel, choice of a variety of restaurants. The pictures and description of the hotel on the website gave the impression of a more picturesque building than we found. The bedroom was very small for the price and there were problems with the bathroom plumbing, pipes flooding the floor and the water temperatures in the shower so varied as to be dangerous.

Friendly staff; comfortable and cozy room in a great location!

We liked the most the position of the hotel. The room (we had improved double room) was clean, the bathroom was quite big, the style is interesting. It was quiet. The bed was quite latge. There were robes and slippers. We even tried hammam. Small and very nice hotel in a very good region of the city.

The price bites, but it's Paris... The view on the backyard is not exciting, since it's very small, so the neighboring buildings are quite close to the window, and there is not much sun during the daylight in the room because of that. But it was not a big problem for us anyway. Basically, all was fine and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Charming and very helpful staff, a great location and the hotel also includes a Hammam, but unfortunately I did not have the time to use it! I was in a Standard Room on the third floor, which was too small for me due to the sloping ceiling, however apart from that the room was comfortable. It was also very clean and had a great shower.

Just that the room was a bit small, although I know the hotel was busy during my stay....
