The food was good, but badly served and with little care.The dining room staff were poor. They forgot our aperitif despite asking 3 times. They used the end of our table to stack everyone elses dirty plates. No a la carte available at dinner. At breakfast they ran out of jam!! No decaff coffee and forgot to serve the orange juice. Nobody cared. I am afraid there was plenty that we didn't like: We never saw the owner: the bedroom was very cramped & dark with low ceilings so we couldn't stand up. My husband could not stand up in the loo! No drawers to unpack into. One side of the bed had no table. The dining room staff were poor - we waited ages for a menu and eventually collected our own. The same with the wine list. |

As "valuable" guest placed at the dependance restaurant next to the lobster tank!! Ordered wine year 1999 on card was served year 2001 but price from card maintained. Electronically check-out (credit card) not working had to pay cash. Hardly any language spoken but French. |

Tout est un peu décevant pour cet hotel classé , il manque de fraicheur et d'entretien général que nous avons constaté dès notre arrivée, quand au restaurant qui devrait répondre grace à son personnel à un certain service : deception que se soit dans le service que la conception du menu (homard à tous les plats) boisson servie à la fin de la 1ere entrée apres réclamation . |

Sehr wenig Unfreundlicher Empfang. Rezeption nie besetzt. Service-Personal total unfähig.Mondpreise (Orangina 6 EUR.) Kreditkarte mißbraucht.Keine Sprachen außer Französisch. Frühstück 15 EUR=Ein Witz! Keine Preise ausgewiesen für Getränke und Speisen.Fazit: Abzocke-Hotel. |
