Set between Deauville’s and Clairefontaine’s racecourses, this former classic Norman manor welcomes you as a warm and elegant 3-star hotel ideal for your Deauville holiday.

L'Augeval is a characterful establishment with loads of on-site leisure facilities, and many outdoor activities are available nearby.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from April to September and has a terrace with deck chairs. The relaxation area with sauna, hammam, and hydro massage bed is available at an additional cost.

The billiard table is also available at an additional cost, and darts and the tennis table are free of charge.

The elegant rooms are well appointed and have a minibar and complimentary basket filled with sweets.

Room very small.Ensuite very very tiny.Cost€130 pn,breakfast€13pp.Shoul;d have been priced at €99pn.Safety,entry to room was in sep.building,you walked into lift(no security,anyone could have entered and waited on your floor). The reception staff.

The location is great, close to the beach and to the hippodrome.

For such a price, I would expect the "balneo" bath to have jacuzzi features. Also, the restaurant was close 2 years ago, so they should stop advertising the place as an hotel-restaurant...

There are no common rooms so in case of bad weather there is nothing to do at the hotel.

Excellent breakfast - very pleasant room

I was left ten minutes without order being taken. Had to find waitress to order then told had to wait twenty minutes minimum if haven't pre-ordered. She most indignantly implied it was my fault for not having read the notes at the start of the menu folder. Waiter when I arrived had said nothing and I had then been ignored but it was my fault for not reading menu cover to cover. I don't think so!

Lift facility a great asset. spar bath, nice room and balcony. Staff courteous, enjoyed our Calvados in the small & comfortable lounge. Also it was very quiet and we enjoyed a good night's rest.

Le cadre extérieur

L'intérieur de la chambre dénote un peu avec le cadre auberge, les meubles en bois sont beaux mais la décoration n'est pas super (notamment les rideaux, la moquette et le couvre lit)

La tranquillité de l'hotel assez surprenant vu qu'il se trouve au centre ville. Le service et la possibilité de prendre dans la chambre les petits dejeuners et les diners. La disponibilité du personnels.

Malrgé les deux places disponibles privées, le manque d'un parking plus grand.
