The room was good value for the money and the loation was great.

The woman who checked us in was delightful and so helpful. We had a great little balcony with view. Yes the rooms are small and basic but our room was spotless and we weren't expecting luxury!

I wish we had wifi in our room! I would have appreciated a hairdryer but we did not expect one as it's a budget hotel.

The staff was wonderful; helpful to the max.

No parking facliites, no toiletries aside from a mini bar of soap, no hairdryer, breakfast very simplistic for the price (8€)

we were there a year before and chose it again, but this time were on the third floor and that wasn't noted when we booked. It's a winding staircase (no elevator) and we were in good enough shape for that, but not everyone our age would be happy with that. Our TV wasn't working and the receptionist had no idea why, but no one came to look into it.

The location is very central. The room with a terrace overlooking the old town and the port is very good, the terrace is large and comfortable. For a 2 star hotel it is indeed very good quality for very modest price. We enjoyed the seven nights of our 8-night stay in this hotel.

I initially booked a standard double room. On 28 January 2012 I modified my booking to a standard Double Room with Terrace and Harbour View (top floor) and received a confirmation from booking.com. The date of my arrival was my birthday and i planned to drink some champagne with my husband on the terrace. Instead i was faced with a shockingly unpleasant situation - the reception told me that they had no modified booking for me and could only give me a tiny double room with nu terrace and no view. The argument lasted for a long time, the rception lady would not accept her mistake and would not even suggest any compensation for the ruined birthday. We had finally managed to insist on involving the owner over the phone who said that we would have to stay in the box-like room on the first floor (with no view or terrace) for the night but will be moved to our room next morning. No mention of compensation for the mistake or in fact for the totally ruined birthday was made. I can't say for sure whose mistake it was, the hotel's or booking.com's. I will try to find it out from booking.com though the website for some reason has not requested a feedback from me this time, which is pretty unusual.

Very difficult to find by car and we had to park a fair distance away in a public lot. Front desk staff not friendly.

's Avonds laat buiten lawaaierig door vertrekkende toeristen, met name motoren.Kleine badkamer. Ontbijtzaal zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit maar men kan prima in de direkte omgeving ergens buiten op een terras ontbijten.

The owners were very nice and helpful. Nice Chateau.

Location, location, location. It is steps away from the port.

We would've liked better advice on parking and how to get the car back to the hotel to pick up the baggage. With one-way streets, that was a challenge.

Size of the room itself was fine. Bed was comfortable for two and clean.

Air conditioning only marginally works. Bathroom is not too small by French standards, but the door is very awkward, requiring a bit of balance and maneuvering to get around to the toilet. Staff constantly acted like the had better things to do. If you're staying in Cassis, try the Hostel Cassis instead. It's gorgeous.

Great location and friendly/helpful/multilingual staff close walk to everything in cassis very short walk from the casino which is where the bus from gare scnf drops you for 1eur made it really convenient and cheap for getting in and out of cassis

There are a lot of bugs nearby unfortunately...nothing abnormal but would be nice to have screens I guess the shower isnt designed too well so it is too high more places to hang a towel would be nice

prix des chambres ne correspond pas du tout au service. prix A payer pour une chambre double vue sont confort 40€ maximum.TÉLÉvision en panne / applique de bords de lit casse/ bruit trÈS important la nuit des entrÉes & sorties de hotel ainsi que des toilettes et douches voisine. À ne pas conseiller A D'autres clients.

Proximité hôtel : prêt de tout (plage, départ calanques, shopping, randonnées, gastronomie). Pas d'ascenseur mais l'employée m'a aidé à descendre ma valise vu que mon mari était allé chercher la voiture. L'hôtel nous a conseillé pour le parking et pour les resto à notre gôut

Pas de support de douche, pas de bouchon à l'évier. Pas de parking, pas d'ascenseur.

Le fait d'être à côté du port et de la plage, c'est la seule chose que nous avons trouvé bien

La chambre 16 correspond à une pièce rajoutée en sous sol au fond de l'hôtel. Petite fenêtre et escalier pour descendre à l'intérieur de la chambre. Le plus incroyable c'est le panneau indiquant la sortie de secours dans la chambre allumé en permanence. On ne peut dormir avec cette lumière verte qui éclaire entièrement la chambre. J'ai vu la réceptionniste le matin qui avec mauvaise foi m'a assuré que c'était la réglementation. J'ai pris des photos de cette pièce que l'hôtel appelle chambre car je pense que c'est anormal de la louer.

l hotel est situé dans le centre à côté du port .... ça c est un très bon point . la deco est minimaliste.. pas assez design.... la personne qui nous accueillie est très sympa...... souriante..... très bon rapport qualite prix

beaucoup de bruit de véhicules bar à côté trop bruyant pas de double vitrage.... manque sechoir et porte serviette dans salle de bain.....

L'exiguité de la chambre et des sanitaires. Le défaut d'insonorisation entre les chambres (réveillé à 5h par la chambre voisine) et la rue, et l'étroitesse des portes et couloirs menant aux chambres. Prix trop élevé pour le service offert.
