The staff were the best thing about this hotel, they were lovely and very helpful The bathroom needed a little TLC, compared to another hotel in Paris I've stayed in that was much cheaper (ie: 90 EUR for a double), these rooms were smaller and a little on the rough side - mainly the bathroom. |

The staff were very friendly and had a good suggestion for a restaurant on our last night The rooms could have been a little cleaner. Before we left when we were checking to make sure we had everything, we found a nasal spray under the bed that didn't belong to either of us. This could be avoided with better cleaning. |

Very good location, at the very centre of the city, close to the metro station. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful/ Room were clean, breakfast good It was a bit cold in the room, air conditionning is old, lifts are small, it was very crowded in the breakfas room |

Chambre minuscule, et à rafraichir sérieusement!! Avec le bruit de l'évacuation des toilettes de tout l'hôtel en continu au petit matin! Salle de bain vieillotte, douche pas terrible. Literie très moyenne. Cet hôtel est très loin d'être un 3 étoiles!... à part l'entrée peut être? 135Euros pr une chambre qui ne les vaut pas! De plus la réduction sur booking était négligeable (20Eur) Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel. A éviter. |

La localisation, à proximité du boulevard Haussmann et du boulevard des Italiens est parfaite. Le petit déjeuner : même pas de pain frais, c'est désolant pour ce tarif. Une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre. La télé avec à peine 6 chaînes françaises et une télécommande défaillante. |
