Our room was good and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. Although the bathroom was small, it was spotless and contained everything we could possibly need. We had a Juliette balcony overlooking the street. and our whole stay was happy and good.
We liked everything.
I was told by the front desk that the WIFI modem was on the 4th floor and since my room was at the end of the 5th floor the reception was going to be poor. I had to sit on the floor near the door just to be able to connect.
For a very old hotel it was well maintained and close to the tourist spots we wished to visit - e.g. the Louvre. Opera house etc. The staff spoke good English and were most helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good location for Opera Comique and a number of favourite restaurants
Our experience from very friendly staff plus the facilities were excellent in every way. Will recommend to our friends.
I've been staying at this hotel for almost ten years with my husband, and now I came with my son - and he also liked it. Great value for money, excellent location including 2-min proximity to the Metro.
The location is very near to the metro station and only 8 min. walk from Opera.
Rooms are the smallest and narrow where we stayed ever. The ventilator in the bathroom was extremely dirty.
Situation close to |Opera and Boulevard Hausseman ideal for us. Warmth and a well renovated bathroom. The rustic, if small, bedroom. Helpful staff and the fact that it was Lautrec's house!
No street window!
Good value for money. Excellent location: 5 min from Metro station, walking distance form the Opera Garnier and from the Louvre.
Water temperature in the shower was a bit difficult to regulate.
Everything, exept location
Availability of staff members and Customer orientation
No service at dinner and lunch at the restaurant
It is well located and has an underground station nearby. Nice staff. Clean
Breakfast doesn't worth 15€. Rooms are small and have a very bad sound isolation.
Clean. Central Location. Free wifi.
The room and en-suite were very much smaller than the website photos implied. Jolly expensive - but that's Paris for you.
Very nice staff. Reception area comfortable with nice decoration; newspapers available. Good buffet-breakfast
