Very nice location. Staff very friendly but couldn't speak English. Convenient location for attractions in the area, e.g. Laval, Rennes & Le Mans. Quite hard to find / Breakfast not included. |

The quick and easy check-in and out. Friendly. The design in the bathroom... it was difficult to get into the bath, even to take a shower for people with limited walking/stepping ability [husband recovering after a stroke. The screen was rigid, in fact a curtain would have been better. |

Reception on arrival. Bar service I booked accomodation for 10 people, 5 rooms. Reserved with you with my credit card, on departure expecting each couple to settle their own account, all rooms had been charged to my card. Receptionist could not refund this. Very difficult through our joint lack of each others language. I booked 3 hotels through you for this trip, only this one chraged like this. Breakfast closed early |
