Lovely ambiance with flowers and plants everywhere in a museum-type setting. A small and old family run hotel full of charm. A lovely place to spend a week or weekend. European style rooms are a bit small when compared to the American standards.

Proximity to beaches and touring the other villages E.G. Cannes, Antives, Monaco etc No soap dish in shower. No full lenth mirroe. No mirror at dressing table. No refridgerator, no safe, bathroom a bit too small

Nice sea-view from the room (with a balcony), the hotel is near a free beach with clean water and well positioned, being in a quiet place but close to the centre of Juan Le Pins. Moreover, the hotel manager was really handy and kind. The room is smaller than what you can guess from pictures on web site.

Hotellet är en fullständig besvikelse. Läget är vidrigt (precis bredvid järnvägen) Det luktar mögel. Det är ofräscht och ostädat. Generellt mkt låg standard. Miljö runtomkring som känns som fullständig bakgata. Ej öppen trädgård enligt beskrivning på nätet. Ingen service alls. Inga som helst frukostmöjligheter för allergiker o ingen förståelse.

"Vraiment très sympa.L'hôtel donne l'impression d'une maison de chambres d'hôtes,à 50 m du bord de mer ,avec un rapport qualité/prix très satisfaisant.où trouve-t-on aujourd'hui un vrai petit déjeuner pour 5 € ? (croissants.pain.jus d'orange.fruits.boissons chaudes à volonté,etc...Ma chambre était confortable,très propre,la sdb certes pas grande ,mais le balcon compense largement.Une adresse intimiste pour ceux qui aiment aussi les déco uniques"

Personligheten, trevlig inredning och väldigt trevlig personal. Läget utmärkt med närhet till strand, promenad och centrum med resturanger och shopping. Det kunde serveras en mer komplett frukost med yoghurt och pålägg som ost och skinka/salami. Detta kunde man tänka sig att betala några euro extra för. Toaletten läckte lite så den fylldes på med jämna mellan rum.

Piacevole e carino l'ambiente tipicamente provenzale, cortese e pignolo il proprietario, le camere non sono un granchè però hanno la vista mare, Fastidiosa la linea del treno che passa proprio sotto le finestre delle camere...fortunatamente I serramenti attutiscono abbastanza il rumore.

individuelle und stilvolle Ausstattung (Antik-Möbel) des gesamten Hotels; nah am Meer leider kein Frühstück möglich (angeblich Problem mit elektr. Gerät --> vermutlich lag es aber daran, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren); bis Antibes Altstadt sind es um die 3-4 km! also in der Nachsaison ist in der Umgebung nicht mehr viel los, da die Pizzerien und Restaurants größtenteils zu sind

L'accueil dit "chaleureux" cache des prestations qui ne sont pas dignes d'un 3 étoiles : notre chambre n'avait ni balcon ni vue mer, mauvaise odeure de la climatisation, le pot d'accueil pour une réservation sur booking n'est jamais arrivé jusqu'à nous, serviettes non changées tous les jours et traces d'urine sur la porte des toilettes... Cet établissement a participé à gâcher nos vacances.

L'accueil très chaleureux ds propriétaires aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Quelques petits problèmes dans l'équipement des chambres: porte de sallede bain qui grince, support de douchette qui ne tient pas, bruit extérieur quand on ouvre la fenêtre.

L'hotel è davvero bello , molto curato ed arredato con gusto. Molto piacevole è il giardino interno dove è servita la prima colazione. I proprietari ( stephan e nina ) sono persone davvero molto disponibili e gentili , sempre sorridenti verso I clienti. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima , a soli 50 mt salla spiaggia di juan les pins Non c'è all'interno della camera un frigo bar e non c'è un distributore di acqua all0interno dell hotel. Se si va in estate per le vacanze rappresenta un bel problema non avere aqua fresca da bere.
