La Villa Tosca  

A beautiful hotel! One of the most convenient locations in Cannes! Walking street is clean and not polluted. Located near a lot of different cafes and restaurants.

Front desk man at night was kind. Lady in daytime was nice and informative. Room is simple and clean and appropriate for 1 or 2 nights for budget concious travellers.

Air conditioning very weak and did not work well. Location is very deserted and ugly and dark. Hotel breakfast is not worth rising early for - its just a couple of croissants and drinks. The hotel is too quiet. They should at least open a cafe for guests to sit at night and drink and have a smoke and a midnight snack. Hotel is completely inappropriate for a long stay in Venice, or for a short, romantic stay (for example).

The stuff were very friendly and helpful, great location, walking distance to train station, walking distance to the beach, very practical,..

Hotel centralissimo: ottima posizione per visitare Cannes! Non si tratta di un hotel di lusso ma è un ottimo compromesso per chi ricerca una posizione strategica a un prezzo modico.

Non esiste un parcheggio dedicato (l'hotel è in zona a traffico limitato): esiste vicinissimo l'autosilo della stazione, ma il prezzo per le 24 ore di sosta si aggira intorno ai 30€. La colazione è abbastanza cara (13€ a persona) ma fortunatamente ci sono bar e bistrot che applicano cifre più modiche nelle immediate vicinanze.

Très bon hôtel et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le petit-déjeuner est compris, et il est exellent. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique. Une bonne adresse.

Il y a un demi-étage à monter, à cause de la disposition de l'ascenceur. Les personnes à mobilité réduite doivent le signaler pour avoir une chambre au niveau de l'ascenceur. Ce n'est pas une critique mais un constat pratique qui n'enlève rien à mon appréciation positive.

C'est un hôtel où je suis allée plusieurs fois et j'y reviendrai encore. Rapport qualité/prix est excellent, c'est bien situé et confortable.

Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk (Engels sprekend) personeel.

De deur van de badkamer was een schuifdeur, zodat er een kier overbleef als deze deur dichtgeschoven was. Je kon makkelijk naar binnen kijken. En als je reisgezelschap uitgebreid naar de WC moet blijft de geur dus niet in de badkamer.

Propreté, équipement, bonne localisation

Lo único realmente destacable, la ubicación sobre una calle peatonal, a sólo una cuadra de la estación de tren y a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la playa Croisette y del Palacio de Congresos. Otra cosa que se debe reconocer es que no exigen el pago del alojamiento en el instante del check-in.

Nunca había nadie en la recepción, por lo que había que tocar siempre un timbre para que viniera alguien desde la planta alta. Las instalaciones no parecían demasiado limpias o si lo estaban, entonces se encontraban muy desgastadas. Las almohadas son absolutamente espantosas. Casi todo en el hotel es microscópico: el lobby, la recepción, el ascensor, donde difícilmente cabe un huésped con una maleta de tamaño normal, la habitación y, sobre todo el baño: enjabonarse significa golpearse reiteradamente los codos contra las paredes o contra la llave de la ducha. Lo único verdaderamente macro del hotel es el precio del desayuno, nada menos que 13 euros, por lo que resulta más conveniente desayunar por fuera.
