Very friendly staff, Hotel in the heart of Cannes. I had a single room, was small, but enough for 1 person, really clean and quiet. My room (105) was in the first floor, but when you get to the 1st floor, you have to do another set of stairs without elevator, for a girl it was quite tiring to bring a heavy bag up. Walls werent sound proof at all, I could hear what people in the room next to mine were talking about.

A beautiful hotel! One of the most convenient locations in Cannes! Walking street is clean and not polluted. Located near a lot of different cafes and restaurants.

La Villa Tosca is a very small but clean hotel. I recommend this hotel for those who are either couples or solo travels that wish to visit Cannes for one or two days. This hotel is very expensive for the facilities it provides. The rooms have no sound proof, therefore you can even hear what the family in the opposite room speaks about. Not so good for light sleepers.

Front desk man at night was kind. Lady in daytime was nice and informative. Room is simple and clean and appropriate for 1 or 2 nights for budget concious travellers. Air conditioning very weak and did not work well. Location is very deserted and ugly and dark. Hotel breakfast is not worth rising early for - its just a couple of croissants and drinks. The hotel is too quiet. They should at least open a cafe for guests to sit at night and drink and have a smoke and a midnight snack. Hotel is completely inappropriate for a long stay in Venice, or for a short, romantic stay (for example).

Great location, friendly staff, well-decorated public areas, and decent pricing. Rooms were good but not great, although typical for Europe. The only complaint I had was with the wi-fi. While it was free, which is not always the case with hotels in Europe, it worked very poorly, losing its connection every few minutes, requiring one to constantly re-login. Must have done it 50 times during our 2 day visit. And there is something with their settings where you can receive but cannot send emails with Outlook, and also making phone calls through Skype was almost impossible, which was a big problem since I needed to call the US often during the stay.

Great location. However, not recommended if you have a rental car as the hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian zone. It is just next to the railwaystation where expensive parking is avaialbe, very recommended for backpackers. Don't trust the information of the hotel staff about free car parking in the street behind the hotel, it is only over night and it is very hard to find a spot. The room was extremely small. It can be hard to get to the room with the suitcase as the aisle is narrow and there are everywhere steps. The isolation is not good at all, you hear even your quiet neighbours.

Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk (Engels sprekend) personeel.
