La Villefromoy  

The hotel is in a quiet location in a residential area with secure off street parking. The hotel is tastefully decorated in a contemporay style which also retains some beautiful original features. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, taking time to answer any questions that we had, even down to telling us how far away each restaurant was! Quite handy after along drive!! Our room was lovely, with a view of the sea as promised, the bonus being the balcony where we had breakfast the following morning.

Indoor salt water spa not far down the road. Refreshing, although not hot enough for me nor for my daughter. The hammam (like a steam room) was necessary to warm off after the tepid but jet-filled spa. The Villefromoy itself was lovely, spacious for France, and had a great bathtub! Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as it was a little pricey for us. Went to a local patisserie for tea and pain au chocolat.

Beautiful and nicely decorated building. Very spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Everything is really excellent.

Very clean, comfortable, very good wifi, parking was easy and staff are desire to help. Near to the beach too!

Elegant and stylish hotel that we used as a Ferry stopove but will most certainly now use as a destination of itself. Beautiful beach a few yards away and great restaurants and the City a brisk walk away. Excellent car parking in the hotel grounds

Location excellent, right next to the beach and long promenade. Particularly appropriate if you have an early ferry departure. Excellent restaurants and touristy things to do. Especially liked the spacious, bright lounge for those times when you come in but you don't yet want to go to your room. Staff friendly and informative. Private parking.

La VillefroMoy is a great place to stay with on site parking massive beach and the city on your doorstep!

Pleasant hotel, helpful staff. However our ground floor room needed air conditioning, the windows opened for fresh air, but as we opened dirctly onto the courtyard it was insecure to leave them open during the night, so the room was very stuffy and hot.

An excllent hotel. I'd booked it as a stop-over the night before catching the ferry, but the stay there really added to our holiday, and was more than just a functional stop. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by an lovely receptionist who helped us without being asked as to dinner locations for the night, giving us a really useful map etc., All the staff we met during our stay were really friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a super location, being away from the main busyness of St. Malo proper, in a quiet, residential area, yet only just set back from the beach, which was totally accessible - as was the old town, still. The hotel had a modern feel to it with lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom was superb and the shared guest areas were lovely, too. All together a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and we'd certainly come back again.
