Location is good. Staff is friendly.

Room is extremely small even for a deluxe double. The lift is indescribly slow.

The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The room is super and the location of the hotel is excellent to be in no time to all points of interest in Paris

Westayed on the fifth floor and the lift only went to the fourth , for that You had to carry the suitcases up to the stairs

Perfect location! You can easily get to champs élyséens and it will be about 4 min of walking, but it's quet place. It's very friendly reception wich can help you with places to go and actually everything. Open bar with tasty macaroons and drinks in the evening and its very pleasant after long walk. In our room (402) was huge bad and nice veiw at church from balcony

Cleaning rooms was not perfect, but it's not a problem.

Le 123 Elysees Hotel lived up to all the positive reviews. The hotel may be small but it has its own unique charm and slightly quirky interior design. We stayed in a double room which again was smallish but somehow they managed to fit a decent sized bed, large desk, side tables, wardrobe without making it feel cluttered. Everything was immaculately clean and well presented and this hotel definitely offers excellent value for money. It may not have a swish bar and restaurant (although you can have breakfast) but you don't miss this as there are so many great restaurants and bars in the local vicinity or a short cab ride away. Location is perfect as it's relatively close to many famous attractions and very near the metro.

A really boutique hotel! Design, decoration and cozy very special croissant, madeleine and juice buffet available for customer.

The room 405 is quite good. We get 3 classic standard room, it different a lot! For room 405, it is quite good choice. The location is great! Clean and comfirtable. Room 504 is too small. Generally speeking, it is a nice hotel.

It has a great location 7 minutes from chams elise and near the metro station, We stayed in a beutifull room with a nice view of the eiffel tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They got a snack bar free for guests all afternoon

il manque beaucoup de chose part rapport aux etoiles : pas de machine pour cirer les chaussures le bruit de la rue et voiture dans la chambre , bruit du palier dans la chambre et pour le petit dejeuner en chambre nous n avons pas pu l'avoir !! chambre pas tres grande !!( chambre avec lit baldaquain )

E' ormai la terza volta che ci torno E confermo che E' praticamente perfetto...non ci sono lati negativi!!!consigliatissimo

Hôtel au super design, chambre chaleureuse ( avec la bonne surprise d'un surclassement en Deluxe pour 2 nuits). Situation géographique idéale, proximité champs Elysées, métro, restaurants, boutiques... Personnel très agréable, disponible et discret

Hotel is quiet, good sound insulation. The rooms are small, but comfortable. Large bathroom. Free WiFi. Conveniently located.

The most serious drawback of the hotel is that the Elevator only goes to the fourth floor. And if your room is on the 5th or 6th floor of the hotel, the rising need to walk on a very narrow spiral staircase. This is not so critical if you are without Luggage. During check-in or in time of departure, the hotel staff did not help us to raise and drop our bags.
