Clean, modern and reception was open 24/7. We even had a balcony which was great. There was no general information about the hotel eg how to phone reception etc. |

Le 20 Prieure is a dinky design hotel in the style of a New York Boutique hotel. The design is very good and consistent and the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was always someone available. The location is good (about 10 mins walk from Le Marais (we did do a lot of walking) the Marias is a lovely area and great for shopping! Also a fab restaurant call La Pharmacie just on corner of next street. On Sunday we spent 45 mins walking round the Marias trying to find a small, quiet, but atmospheric place to get a gournet steak and then ended up 2 mins from the hotel (The Food was great - Steak Heavenly.) I would go again and I would recommend to style conscious people who don't want to spend a fortune. The only slight niggles I had was that the rooms are very small (I think this is quite normal in Paris - and ny for that matter) but a larger room would've been nice. The mini bar only had 3 cans of pop in and we didn't find it for the first 24 hours as it was well hidden in the wardrobe! Also, I wouldv'e liked to be able to get a drink at all times of day - so a kettle would've been good - or room service of some kind ? other than that a Fab place to stay. |

A clean and comfortable hotel which makes an excellant base for a weekend break to Paris. Close to a Metro station that many of the main lines pass through, with bars and restaurants in walking distance. |

Nice hotel but over priced. Trying to be boutique like but they don't have anything more than the basics and we had a superior room. Staff very lovely though. |

Very comfortable room. Hotel situated in the centre of the city, but on the calm streeet. A lot places where you can eat around hotel. It was hard to find the hotel, especially at night. I think it will be good to make more detailed map or instructions for travelers. |

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast was small and neat and plentiful for a great start to the morning! Love the design concept! A refreshing change from the classic Paris hotels which have tacky red carpets, old furniture etc. And perfectly located on metro routes. As with most hotels, the bed mattress had settled somewhat in the mid-section causing minor back pain, but that's what you get when away from home :) By no means would it prevent me from staying here again though! |

Clean, relatively well-located (for price). Room was very small (even for a NYer), breakfast not included (and outrageously priced as an add-on), expensive for what it is. |

Very clean and nice design. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they speak fluent English too. The hotel is very strategically located near to 2 metro stations, namely Oberkampf (2 mins) and Republique (5 mins). And there are alot of nice food around the area too! If u r craving for Chinese food, there is one pretty good one named Fong Lai, which is very cheap. And one French restaurant named La Pharmacie which is very very nice! Oh ya, the hotel is also very near to a supermarket. Overall, our whole Paris experience is superb as the ppl are nice and friendly, superb transportation system and nice food. We love Paris! :) |

Very friendly staff, who directed us to a perfect restaurant for dinner. The hotel is very well designed and has a nice modern feel. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was stylish and spotlessly clean. Good to have free wi-fi for 72 h as well. Our room was off the lobby so it was a little noisy early in the morning and when people came back to the hotel at night. When we complained about the noise, we were offered free breakfasts straight away, and the hotel was upfront about acknowledging the probelm. |
