The location is perfect. The hotel manager is exceedingly nice. The rooms were well-sized, clean, and comfortable. The lobby maintains a collection of travel and informational brochures that highlight interesting tourist attractions in the area. |

The man who checked us in was really nice and was willing to offer a lower price to wash our clothes (8 euros) because he coould see we were on a tight backpacker budget. Then he called his boss (a lady) and she obviously wanted to screw us for as many euros as possible and wanted 15 euros! We met the boss lady later and she was really short with us and grumpy. Maybe she's in the wrong industry? Well, we went for a walk around town and found a laundrymat for 7 euros, so it was good not to give this lady any more money than what was required. PS. Rick Steves is not a god. It was funny seeing the shrine to him on the coffee table, where's there's something like 10 photos of the guy. Funny stuff. |

The owner was very friendly. She called a tour company for us, suggested restaurants nearby, and even gave us aspirin for a headache. Also, the foyer has lots of helpful guides, maps and books. |

Location truly excellent. Bedbugs. First experience with these little rascals ever. We killed two in the bed in the morning, the staff was not surprised at all when we reported that. |

Easy to find, close to everything but still quiet, attractive reception, very, very helpful staff, seemed to be a wide range of rooms suitable for singletons, couples and families. |

Basic, clean facilities. Not luxury by any means. A safe, quiet place to rest and put your stuff while you explore Normandy. Location in town is good. Staff was helpful. |

Good location, easy walk to downtown. First floor family room is right off lobby, bit noisy. Just lace type curtain on window, so anyone could look in room from parking lot. |

The room was surprisingly dark and unappealing. The hotel did not live up to its reviews, is very mediocre, much like a roadside motel. |

The manager was absolutely fantastic; she did everything possible to make our stay at the Hotel very enjoyable. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast too. We especially appreciated access to a PC with Internet. We would highly recommend this hotel. |

The hotel was just around the corner from the Bayeux tapestry and made a great base to drive out to the Normandy Beaches - only 2 stars so not luxury but it was clean and neat |

Very good for the price. Price was right, location was excellent, staff was friendly. Rooms were spartan but no less than you'd expect for the price. Very limited parking. |
