Just about everything
Sink would not drain
Helpful informative staff. Good location easily accessible to everything in town. Big bathroom with plenty of hot water.
Room a bit stuffy but otherwise fine. Big bathroom atypical of France.
Byeux and it's tapestry, Patricia as receptionist, also helping with getting the car in.
It is a rather simple hotel, I thought the price (E 81) somewhat high compared to the facilities
When we arrived we were a choice to stay at Hotel Baayeux or its other property Doumain Doumain was outstanding but the staff was subperb All staff were great Marie in particular is a professional asset to the company
Location, staff was helpful, wifi was good, good value for the money
rooms were outdated, breakfest
Facilities are not fancy but beds were quite good, location is excellent and staff are among the best we've encountered in travel to over 60 countries
Showers are small and hot water is quite variable. On site parking is limited.
Small rooms, overpriced
Location!!!! Staff helpful with holding luggage, directions, and suggestions.
The location couldn't have been better. Close to the tapestry, close to the cathedral, lots of great restaurant within blocks of the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We spent several days visiting the Normandy beaches. Bayeux, in my opinion, is the perfect spot to book a room for that kind of visit. Great breakfast for 10 euros.
No problems at all.
Service was excellent. Patricia was a gem and acted as our concierge for dining, transportation, etc. Hotel is comfortable, clean, and well run.
Good location and friendly staff... Perfect for visiting the WW2 landing beaches, would use again
Service and location were great. Rooms were spartan but adequate.
Breakfast was very limited. Hot water was inconsistent.
Easy walk from train station and into town. Good breakfast. Free fast wi-fi in room. reasonably priced laundry service. English speaking. Quiet room at end of hall upstairs Staff very helpful with tour arrangements for visiting D-Day beaches.
No AC but weather was cool so no problem. Only window was an opening skylight. Small but comfortable room. No bar soap. Breakfast not until 7:30AM. Thin walls.
Wonderful staff and awesome location.
The very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem for them.
Staff were extremely friendly approachable and helpful. Location was fantastic
The hotel was a little down at heel.
Staff Price Location
More like a US motel than hotel Lousy breakfast
Shower. Proprietors were very nice. Comfortable bed. Breakfast.
We did not use the TV but it was very small. Scuffs on the walls indicated poor maintained. Toilet "dripped". Can hear other folks flushing their toilet.
Great location Very friendly and helpful staff Clean and comfortable room Variety of breakfast choices
Temperature of water in shower varied hot and cold throughout use
Outstanding service1 the man at the front desk is trilingual and very helpful. Sorry I had already booked another hotel for the next two days. Would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
Everything was great at the hotel. Patricia the manager was so attentive and help with calling taxis, tours ect. The location was at the center of everything, food, shops, tour location.
The location. Quiet, close to the town landmarks. Very friendly, competent and helpful staff.
The staff is amazing. Made us feel so welcome and comfortable and they were very knowledgeable about the area. They were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our day and make suggestions about WWII sites and museums. Their friendliness made our stay memorable and wonderful. The hotel is older, but yet charming, very clean and comfortable. Much to our surprise they gave us a larger room than we booked thinking we'd feel more comfortable in it. How nice! The breakfast was really good. Plenty of food so was able to get a good start to our day and kept us full to dinner time. The location is great. Walking distance to the cathedral and plenty of restaurants.
