A warm aparthotel. Basic equipment, a small Aldi shop just beside, conveniet if you cook. There is a small parking area, but we can easily find slot. No elevator, small room and a very small bath room. Far away to D day beach and the hotel staff only can speak very little English. The traffic was bad when we back from the beach to hotel.

We as a family of five stayed in the quadruple charm studio for one night as a stop over. The room was clean and had had everything we needed for the night and possibly longer. There is a car park at the rear of the hotel and a bus stop right outside which goes straight into Caen Centre. Our room faced the road and traffic noise could be heard but not too bad! The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating. We paid for a room service breakfast, six euros per person including children which was a little over priced for one crossaint and bread, coffee and juice but convient.

It was quite basic and the room was small for a "studio". However, it was super clean, there was indeed a kettle, coffee machine, fridge and hotplate tucked into the corner. The free wifi was appreciated and their was 24 hr access to the hotel via a code system. The car park was also free but fills up quickly and the spaces are 'snug' so be aware. All in all, a reasonably priced well maintained basic single room. I couldn't imagine cooking in it but its was certainly handy for breakfast and the ALDI right across the road was great to stock up on the little necessities.

We had a family room with a small kitchen. It served our purpose well in so far as we were able to stay in the hotel and cook a meal on the last day of our holiday in France.

The staff were very friendly and the room was perfect and cleaned daily The breakfast was lovely and brought to your room perfect but beware we had 2 adults and 3 children and it was €6 each, for a few croissants and a french bread, coffee and juice. I would say they made a profit of around €30 just from us dont get caught.

Having the ability to "cook" a small meal in the room. The breakfast, served in the room, was excellent. The car parking was excellent. The staff member who checked us in managed to overcharge us by Euro 14 by adding up incorrectly. Fortunately we spotted this later on and the other staff were very helpful in organisng a refund. The manager was very apologetic. The room itself was fairly basic but everything was clean. The volume control on the TV was not working properly.

Stayed in a family apartment for 5 - excellent facilities (fridge, kettle, toaster, table and chairs etc.), small but clean and functional bathroom with separate toilet. Good size for a short stay. Would return.

The staff were friendly, and it is cheap. A bit depressing in its decor, and located on the outskirts of town.

cooking facilities in the studio room are very good (even though I did not use them). I was not given a code on arrival which meant I had to raise the proprietor when I arrived back at the hotel after 11pm.

Staff are really nice and helpful. Over the time I was staying, there's no hot water at that night. As none of us can speak French, we couldn't understand what the receptionist was talking about. Hot water however come back in the next morning.

Wonderful for those who want to travel Normandy for D-Day history. Great locale for centrality to explore all the memorial sites. I traveled with my parents and we were very comfortable. There was a kitchenette with all needed items to cook as well as table and chairs. It's located right across from ALDI's so you can easily shop and cook = save money! And there's parking specifically for the hotel, which is great! The area is very safe feeling as well. I highly recommend this hotel for budget-friendly and low-key stay. Thank you!

Exceptionally clean, staff were very pleasant and the kitchinette was a useful extra. Wood laminate floors in the rooms and corridors meant that there was quite a lot of noise. We were woken several times by other guests coming in late or leaving early. I dont think we would have heard them if the corridor and stairs were carpetted.

The family room which we booked was really lovely. We hadn't realized there were little (I do mean closet sized) kitchenettes when we booked, but didn't use them as we just needed a place for the night. The colours were fresh and breakfast was brought to our room, which had a table & chairs in it. The other room next door which we also booked had a larger kitchenette, but the colours were a bit dreary/dated, and although cheaper would not have been very thrilling to stay in. Quite small. Had to carry suitcases up a small staircase which would be problematic for most seniors or people with back problems. Otherwise, a good place to stay (felt a bit like staying at Grandma's) while we visited the D-Day landing beaches. Location from that area is a bit far, and directions to there from the hotel were poor, but not the hotel's problem. Very good value.

easy to city tour. I don't want to recommend my friend to stay at this hotel. The guest room has no any room having a kitchen and bedroom together, which is terrible to me. The bathroom is so tiny also.
