Very Pleasant and good value

The personal was hospitable, gave good advices about the local restaurants and sightseeing.

There was no tee and electrical kettle in the room. Once (during a still night) there were mosquitoes at night when I left the window open. Mosquitoes do not appear when it is windy outside. The "garden view" included small parking in front of the hotel: which was not bad, but it is not a garden.

The location is great with a marvelous view of the Mediterrean. The room was adequate size. Good value for price. All rooms have a sea view. The owners were very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. They speak enough English when combined with my basic French we were able to communicate easily. We visited after Oct 1 and most of the local attractions and many of the local restaurants had already closed for the season. The city of Cap d'Agde is very clean and easy to navigate on foot. The hotel is located in a residential area between two commercial areas easily accessible by walking. The hotel is about 100 meters from one quiet beach and about 250 meters from a larger beach and swim area. Definitely would stay at this hotel again when in the area.

The location was great. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was very fair for the quality of the rooms.

It was a delightful spot overlooking the sea. It was a good location to explore not only the coastline, but also the quaint villages nearby

L'accueil tout d'abord du patron et son intérêt à satisfaire ses clients dès leur arrivée. La propreté ensuite parfaite des chambres et sanitaires.Le confort simple mais étudié de chaque chambre très spacieuse, grand lit, agréable petite terrasse privative. Petit déjeuner correct.Hôtel à recommander. Nous y reviendrons.

Tout. Les chambres sont impeccables, très confortables, la vue est magnifique, l'hôtel est très calme, le petit déjeuner parfait et le personnel charmant. Un rapport qualité/prix assez exceptionnel.

Tout !! étonnés de trouver un endroit aussi merveilleux à quelques 300 km seulement de chez nous ! C'est un accueil très chaleureux quoique réservé juste ce qu'il faut pour vous sentir à l'aise mais chez vous !! Nous espérons avoir le plaisir d'y revenir mais ça...c'est une autre histoire

La proximité de la plage, du port, des restaurants et des commerces. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. La formule déjeuner express est intêressante pour les personnes comme moi qui déjeunent sur le pouce. Acceuil trés sympa.
