Hotel outside look doesn't fit Arles ancient image. But the prise is OK. Construction is in front of the hotel, quite noisy. but this is not hotel's fault. the wireless internet is quite weak, but it's free. So,.......... |

hotel staff were friendly, parking was pretty good and not expensive. breakfast was decent and comfort double was spacious with a massive bed. a little bit noisy from the square next door but that is to be expected from a building in an old town. |

The receptionist directed us to a nearby free overnight parking lot. Excellent value for money breakfast- "traditional" French continental breakfast + cheese and ham, yougurt. Easy to access via car, being at the very edge of old town ramparts and gate. Close to Arene and Theatre ancient. Not in a tourist district. Interetsting modern minimalist decor. Free WiFi access. No- everything was fine. Yes the room was a little small but that's expected in europe, especially at this price. |

Most comfortable bed in France. Great welcome from front desk. Not enough shampoo, shower curtains instead of glass/perspex sides and 2 taps for controlling shower temperature instead of mixer tap. |

It had a very good location, easy to park for a city location. Very nice new bathroom. There was quite a lot of street noise and something on our balcony was making noise in the wind and we could not figure out what it was. |

Comfortable, new beds! This hotel is a 2-3 star contemporary property, easy to find and has been recently redone, but note that there is no elevator. Unfortunately there was construction in front of the hotel by the city (sewer and water lines) which could not be helped by the hotel. However, to the credit of the hotel, they offered to move us to a room in the rear. We liked out twin bed room on the front and work did not start that early, so we declined but appreciated the offer. Do think the bathroom could have better lighting..the room lighting was great for reading. |

The furnishings are modern and the breakfast for 7.50 euros was not too bad. The room, even by European standards, was very small. The bath, while clean, was not user friendly. For instance, the lighting is poor and the shower curtain was a deep dark brown (so the shower is very dark & cramped). There was no soap holder in the shower and the sink has no counterspace. To use the bathroom, the door must be shut. |

The staff is kind to help travellers and can speak English very well. I guess if the sign of name is more obvious, guests can find the hotel easier. |

The location was convenient to major sights in Arles, the signposts were helpful in locating it while driving into town and parking was convenient in city lot in front of hotel. |

There was a small but very nice balcony ~ was able to have the french doors wide open at night. Breeze was lovely. To lock the door to your room, you had to use the key. Not very safe, if you had to leave quickly. |

Nice big room with every comfort. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Be sure to get a balcony towards the square, it's worth the money. Near the train station and the city center. No lift. |

Superb location of the hotel - just few hundred meters from amphitheatre and other historical monuments in a very heart of of beautiful town Ask for the room with the square view. We wanted some live city out of the window, booked the street side room and got the room with the backstreet view far away from romantic. The room was at the ground floor with iron-barred windows. If you got a certain sentence of humor you may think of Van Gogh's destiny ;) |
