Close to town centre, near to cathedral, good restaurants.
Staircase up to room
Wifi unavailable in room, only in the bar. Accommodation needs to be up-dated.
Very friendly and informal. Great location. Room basic but clean and had everything we needed
Everything was good especially the hot shower good power and great wifi.
central location to Reims restaurants, clean and ideal for overnight stay with secure multistorey car park opposite.
Quite noisy outside at night with window open as all inner city hotels.
The location was top, near to the city center and the cathedral. Friendly staff is always nice. Cheap price for a hotel this near to the city center. You get what you pay for.
It is a bit old-fashioned and the room was very small (I could hardly close the door of the bathroom). Bathroom was very basic but hey... for this price I couldn't care less.
This was excellent value for a family room in heart of Reims. To some extent you get what you pay for so don't expect luxury - it's simple and we got a great night's sleep. The quiet bar downstairs serves simple food and breakfast included great coffee and they didn't charge us for our 10yr old son's breakfast. Good strong shower with plenty of hot water. The owner and his family couldn't have been more helpful.
Nothing to complain about, just don't expect the latest fashion in furnishings and decor. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, but there's on street parking nearby as well as a multi-storey about 100 metres away.
Central location and parking just on the opposite site of the street
Central to town.wifi good but did not work in room only in bar downstairs.
Room was not clean. Very shabby. Lights not working in bathroom or bedroom. Top floor and no lift. Plugs in bedroom old and doubt if they would be safe. Bedding torn. Pillows full of foam pieces.
Relaxed, friendly, good food, central location.
Bed quality not great, ancient TV, generally felt overdue for refurbishment.
Very friendly people running a value-for-money hotel very close to the cathedral and other places of interest. We enjoyed our stay!
Close to cathedral and shops. Traditional French petit dejeuner. Very strong wifi.
Parking: accessibility problems and expensive. Access to the hotel was fairly hard but not impossible. Steep access to the first floor for heavy cases.
Excellent location, friendly staff
The WIFI was seldom working I had to fight with bedbugs
Quirky and did the job for an overnight stop from the south of France. Most convenient with public car park right opposite and for me to go to the football match with my wife being able to go out for something to eat! It also provided breakfast on the Sunday morning - when Reims itself appears to be "closed"!.
Not for people who like to stay in one of the thousands of "sanitised" identical hotels now on offer. I guess many people would describe it as tired and shabby.
Central budget hotel, shabby but clean, plenty of hot water, friendly staff. Dogs welcome.
Cold water in basin wouldn't turn on and hot tap dripped.
not very helpful staff, beds aweful and rooms very ugly
This was dreadful! I will never ever book a low cost hotel with booking.com again! Every other experience I have had with you has been good but this was awful! The place was right next to the most popular student bar in Reims and they all went past the hotel noisily until goodness knows what time. Then the bin men arrived and the recycling glass banks were emptied. The hotel was dirty and smelly and poky - the room was Ok-ish but the bed had a sheet with holes in it. The bathroom was awful and the loo was about a foot from the wall and there were bare wires from a light above the shower - health & safety???? The best bit was the breakfast - juice, croissants and decent coffee. But never again!!
The hotel is run by a family and when we arrived late in the night we were welcomed like family. Depositing luggage was no problem at all and we were given good information over where to go for a late dinner. Breakfast was lovely and sufficient. The parking garage is just across the street, there is a lift, they play u2 music and have cctv, all for 12,50€ per day. City centre begins right outside the hotel. I can fully recommend this hotel.
