Staff very friendly and helpful.Hotel is located in .the best spot in Biarritz.We paid an additional 30 euros per night for a balcony with sea view.(room 303) which was well worth it. Carpet was stained in bedroom and room smelt a little musty.Declined to take breakfast there as 24 euros is excessive. |

Being on a pedestrian square, the hotel is very quiet and yet has a fine view of the Grand Plage. It is very well placed for shopping and for strolling along the sea front. The staff were very friendly and their English much better than my French! |

We arrived very late at our hotel as we were driving in from Spain, the hotel staff were so helpful directing us all the way, they even brought us cheese and bread as all the restaurants were closed and we were starving! We had an amazing ocean view, the beds you could sleep in forever they were that comfortable and the location of the hotel could not be better, we were literally steps away from the beach and 2 mins from all the restaurants and shops. The staff, the location, the hotel everything about this hotel deserves a 10/10. I really couldn't fault it. I travelled with two other people and we were all so sad when we had to check out. There was no fault to be found in this hotel. |

The location was excellent as the hotel is situated in the middle of town and facing the beach and sea. The decor was very nice indeed and the staff were always helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We also ate in the restaurant and whilst expensive, both the food and service were outstanding. We would fully recommend this hotel. |

The hotel was newly renovated and beutifully appointed. The quality of the finishes was first class.The staff were charming and very helpfull even to the extent of accompanying us to a nearby restaurant that they recommended. The view from our room was exceptional; the best in Biarritz. The restaurant was pricy; especially the breakfast, but the food and the service was very good. When we stayed there was no access to bbc or cnn. Nor was there a mirror at the dressing table; a noticable absence in most of the hotels we stayed at in France. |

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Fußgänger Zone, ohne großenBerkehrslärm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, komfortabel und von einem sehr guten Innenarchitekten konzipiert und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Große und helle Zimmer, ein tolles Bad (zwar etwas klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll!). Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant (die Küche ist gehoben regional, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt); eine gemütliche Bar (vielleicht für den einen oder anderen störend: zwei große ständig laufende TV-Geräte). Ansonsten würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen! Leider: der Rezeptionsbereich ist mit einem Steinfußboden ausgestattet und man hört bis in den 2. Stock (vielleicht auch höher) das Klappern der Absätze der Empfangsdamen. Wer ruhig schlafen möchte, sollte Ohropax mitnehmen. |

La situación, la limpieza y lo nueva que era la habitación, así como las vistas La dificultad para llegar porque no estaba señalizado. Señalizar el parking, que aunque no pertenece al hotel, puedes incluirlo en los servicios del mismo y la forma de llegar porque la fachada del hotel está escondida de las avenidas principales. |

L'hotel est en hyper centre sur une place pietonne avec parking souterrain, notre sejour a ete tres agreable. Rien a dire sur l'hotel, tres bien sous tous rapport. Pour la partie we urbain, le shopping et les resto l'hyper centre biarritz n'a pas ete au top. Mais peut etre; nos moyens sont trop limités... |
