good location and nice views of sea. comfortable bed

expensive, did not replenish soap and toiletries. No facilities eg gym, only 3 english TV channels. Fo a hoyel costing e180 per night in a provincial town off season it was poor value.

Fantastic location down-town Biarritz, splendid view on the ocean. There are rooms on the 3rd floor with big balconies. We were on the 4th floor, with at least a good view and big windows. Public parking at one- minute walking distance

Quality of Restaurant is rather poor, compared with other-ones in Biarritz. Too expensive for the quality offered.

The location is superb, the rooms are always lovely and decor aside the view of the sea is breathtaking and available from every room. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly.

The bar has two colour tv screens blaring music out some kind of MTV style affair, at all times of morning and night. There is no cosiness or incentive to have an pre dinner drink there. The restaurant is over priced.

Wonderful! Our room had the most amazing view of the ocean, it was comfortible, roomy and perfectly appointed. The best part of our stay was the excellent help of Anastatia. She is perfect for the job and a great hostess to Biarritz.

We found the hotel to be very clean and the sea view was fabulous as promised. Very comfy bed and well appointed room, just what we had hoped for.

Tv in lounge didn't work no selection of pillows as the ones in the room where too large powdered milk for tea?!

Excellent location in the center of Biarritz, nice view to the beach, public parking just by the hotel (it was free for my booking), fresh and clean room, very friendly personal, speedy wi-fi, good restaurant in the hotel and several others nearby

Great hotel if an excellent location. Staff faultless wether it is housekeeping , reception , waiters or the resturant manager. Food in the resturant was absolutley fabulous both for lunch and dinner.(although pricey but excellent quality) Rooms were faultless with great views. Parking is underground below the hotel accessed from the street behind the hotel but we were emailed the details how to access prior to our stay (without asking)

Nothing. but I would find out which reserved parking spaces are allocated to the hotel prior to arriving next time - there will be a next time

This hotel is neat,clean and modern has one of the best locations in Biarritz directly overlooking the ocean. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Location. All rooms have a beautiful ocean view. Location in town but as room view overlooks ocean, it feels tranquil. You get to enjoy best of both tranquility and being in town. By far the best hotel in the area for location.

Stay was not long enough.

this is a very well run hotel. it is excellently situated near the Grand Plage and has all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel (but no gym). The staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast is good quality if a little pricey and the rooms are comfortable and clean if a somewhat on the small side. sitting on the terrace with a beer in the early evening is a real highlight

The room was large and well cared for and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It didn't quite live up to expectations as I would have expected a greater view from the room. Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere.
