All in all nice, little Hotel next to a Metro Station and an amazing French bakery
very small room and some broken things in the bathroom
good communication with the hotel,
I ordered a room superior, and did not get it for my client, it was cold inthe rooms and the pictures do not reflect the reality, the room were too small and the hotel was not clean
- very clean - perfect location, right by a metro station - quiet in the night. - well sized
- breakfast was very uninspired - Wi-Fi was very poor
Used towels and coffee cups removed but not replaced. Dirty bedsheets.
Staff could speak English and were friendly,
My diamond earrings went missing from my room on the third night, the rooms were dirty and tiny, the shower didn't work properly, one member of staff tried to offer my friend and I champagne to stay in the lobby and drink with him all night - made us feel very uncomfortable.
Location in a vivid neighborhood, close to the canal, and half an hour pleasant walk from the hip neighborhoods in eastern or northern Paris. Comfortable bed, extremely small bathroom but with the window. Fair facilities, all you need for a sleep over. Receptionists vary greatly. They are either completely disinterested or very attentive and friendly.
Room and bathroom were not particularly well maintained - broken glass on the window, toilet seat broken, shower head falls off - nothing unbearable but spoils the impression. Place seemed clean but don't expect your towels to be changed on a daily basis (or ever?) Breakfast not included in price, so I do not know what was on offer. A variety of cafes in the surrounding for breakfast.
The helpfulness of the staff. The location next to the Metro and an excellent patisserie. The price of the room
The website photos over exaggerate the décor. Maybe more recent photos.
Nothing was good in this hotel , staff not professional and not nice , rooms very tight and not comfortable and noisy , windows without locks , and very poor internet almost not available , A/C is not working , very dirty hotel comparing what is provided in the website and almost fake pictures, very poor Breakfast and no staff to help in the restaurant ... Bad choice to stay even for one night and dangerous location if you are couple or just a female group, even for free staying I will not advise someone to be there ...
Location was good.
Shower was broken. Curtains were dirty.
Staff was pleasant. Area was nice.
Despite booking 3 months ahead, there was a mistake in the room booking. We booked a twin room, however upon arrival it was a double bed, & they were unable to change the room, and were only able to offer free breakfast. The metro throughout the night vibrated the room so was unable to sleep so well. Cleanliness was poor, toilet and shower wasn't cleaned so well. There was a bug on the bed.
Wifi was the only thing to like
Instead triple room we got 2+additional bed, no space in the room only 3 beds together. Open electricity next to the door, no handle on the window in the bathroom, only whole. Black curtains in the room fixed with staples, when trying to open for light it was falling down. Room very noisy of running water in the other room/bathroom during the night. Dirty areas in the bathroom (bellow the sink and in the angles). Electricity for charging accessable with difficulties as hidden behind the bed. On the stairs red dirty carpet- would help vacuum which was not done for long time. Stinky in elevator. No value for the money paid. Very far from center in strange area. Didn't like at all, never would come back and wouldn't recommend. I do not think it has 3 stars.
A/C Bathroom was clean and pretty big Bed was comfortable Noise level was good Close metro stop
Our toilet did not flush properly and after asking for it to be fixed we were told someone would be up soon - no one ever came up! Location is a little bit out of the city centre
It was in a nice area during the day but we were warned by a local cab driver that near by has a high crime rate.
The room was clean but a lot smaller than it seemed in the pictures when booking. The staff didnt seem very interested but it was at a great price so not too much to complain about.
nothing, fire alarm went off at 3:00 am, false alarm
everything, un professional, very unaccommodating
there some sounds from outside!!!!
Very clase to the metro exit
Everything was ok
Clean sheets Ease of access
1) Very welcoming hotel stuff. 2) Good room-service every day. 3) Teapot, cups and tea is rarity in Paris hotels. 3) Close location to metro station. 4) On hot days the air conditioner was turned on by room-service lady, so when we got back to hotel, our room was at pleasantly low temperature. 5) Close to the channel where every evening (unless it rains), many students resting. You can take your own drinkins and snacks and join them if you like that kind of event. 6) There are extra pillows. Convenient if you want to watch television in the evening. 7) Supermarket next door.
1) WiFi did not work on my laptop. I had to do some work and for that reason specifically choose hotel with free WiFi, but even hotel stuff could not help me with connection. The only way I was able to connect to WiFi was via iPhone, but network speed was ridiculously slow and you have to log-in every time you start browser. 2) Television in French only, except for one channel in German and one news channel in English. 3) For those who prefer to sleep in absolute quiet, sound (or I'd say - more like vibration) of metro, might become an issue. But it is not really thing that hotel can fix.
- Staff very friendly and polite and speak english - Hotel situated right next to Riquet metro station (10 minutes to Opera station) - Wifi works fine - Rooms tiny but sufficient (you are not in Paris for hotel right?)
- Cleanliness could be better I guess
Secure underground parking, close to Metro and to the wonderful Villette Basin
All the facilities were of the basic variety but for one night it was all we needed. Not enough comfort to stay much longer.
- friendly and helpfull staff - near good metro station - clean - good wifi - comfortable bed
Friendly - easy in/out parking on street simple breakfast good metro close neighbourhood v diverse cool local cafes/shops
Room v small ( to be fair) as advertised)
The location was amazing for getting into Paris. The hotel is on a main road, but behind is a lovely park and canal.
We booked for 2 adults, 1 child and a baby. when we arrived all the rooms only have a double bed. Fair enough to the staff they arranged another bed
The staff was vey kind.
The room was nothing like the picture, it was on the ground floor with very poor acoustic insulation so it's a bit like sleeping on the sidewalk. Wifi never worked, the bathroom is really strange, without a box for the shower. Overpriced for what it has to offer.
Location and friendly staff
Narrow room: tiny sink and incessant noise of the vacuum fan
