Price and location in chateau country were ideal. Clean, quiet and ample parking. Good WiFi. Rooms are a little dated. Could use some upgrades.

A very warm welcome at a non chain, low budget, traditional French hotel which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Good location if travelling by car, slightly less so for the centre of Saumur on foot.

This was a stop off hotel on our way to Vendee. Decor is dated but room was clean, which was all we wanted. Location not bad either, 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Was as expected

Good size room and clean with own bathroom, continental breakfast available. Very good value for the price. We where on the third floor and the only fire exit was down a wooden staircase, if there is another fire exit I did not find it.

Hotel on outskirts of Samaur therefore had to drive into town. Hotel room was in attic, no window, no airconditioning and the blind was broken, therefore very very hot. No lift, therefore had to carry cases up two flights of narrow stairs! Otherwise clean and friendly. Would only stay again if given room on first floor with window. No lift. No airconditioning. No window. Blind broken. Very very hot in room.

basic accomodation and good value for money. the owner was friendly and the bread croissants and coffee at breakfast were fresh. noise of fire doors banging shut from the occasional careless guest.The bathroom was rather small.

The manager was very helpful with our bikes and we were given a key to a locked shed where there was a bike rack for our bikes. The room was very very large so was very helpful to us. The hotel is excellent but the town iss not so good. It is a very expensive up market flashy town and it all closes down very eaarly. It is bexst to go onto Sanmur where there are proper services.

hôtel calme chambre et douche bien personnel disponible pour servir le petit déjeuner avec baguette et croissant croustillant à partir de 6h30 même le dimanche en ce momment l'hôtel est en rénovation pour l'intérieur mais ne gène pas pour les clients

Le lieu à proximité du cadre noir et à côté du centre.un mail personnalisé pour confirmer la réservation avec des indications. Emplacement de Parking. Une vieille moquette au sol alors que la salle d eau est neuve (donc sympa). Les murs sombres avec toiles araignée. La literie une catastrophe aucun confort. Et un lit bébé mis à disposition mais cassé. Bébé a fait dodo entre papa et maman. Tellement déçu que nous n avons pas pris le petit déjeuné sur place.

Toutes les chambres ont été récemment rénovées et avec goût. La literie est confortable, la chambre bien décorée et la SdB est sympa. Certes il reste à refaire couloirs et escaliers, mais cet hôtel est une très agréable surprise et vaut vraiment le coup!

Les chambres sont refaites elles sont très jolies et la literie est très bonne. Les travaux dans le couloir mais la patronne nous a prévenu des notre arrivée et cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Cet hôtel sera super après les travaux.
