Access pad to the front door was not user friendly, the keypad was awkward to use and I had to use a pen to make sure each number was pressed correctly.

Ideal for closeness to airport yet very comfortable

When arriving to the hotel (2 P.m), the reception was closed. We read the instruction written on the reception door "for check in use the code sent by e-mail" but the hotel never sent us the code. To get the code we had to make a phone call. A french speaker explained to us the hotel is closed and he does not have to help us and give us any help. After 10 min of this non friendly conversation he gave us the code to check in. If you ever visit this hotel and wish to check in, e-mail the hotel and ask for the code and don't forget bring your cell phone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and rather comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The breakfast isn't great but then again it is definitely worth the 10Euro it costs. We will return to this place.

The kitchen table should be larger (small even for two persons, while the apartment is for 4). There should be a half charge for late check- out (not a full day charge for a few extra hours).

It is really close to Geneva and the place is picturesque among nature.

Privacy

Smelly rooms from heavy cigarette smoking. Staff could not change us a room as they have been fully booked. Cleaning ladies knocking on the door at 8-8:30AM every day!!!

Close to Geneve airport Good breakfast for €10 Clean rooms

Code system is uncomfortable to use. You feel like a spy at enemy territory :-) Price for staying could be lower comparing to other "near- Geneve" locations

Hotel was clean.

There were people right on top of our room and they party all night long and we could not sleep at all, there is nobody at reception at night and there there was no number to call for the disturbances. It was a nightmare. I complained in the morning and all we got was a "Sorry". Never again.

Parking close to entrance.

Moving chairs in dining room very noisy! Could easily be improved!

Excellent location, near airport, room is clean & spacious, adequate basic facilities and receptionist is very friendly. Definitely, will stay again in future.

You need a car to go to this apartment.

Fair price, not bad positioning if you want to go to CERN. Some supermarkets nearby.

On Sunday no "O" bus and taxi to airport is extremely expensive. Internet is not stable.

Nice reception desk. Careful work.

The location is not good, far from Geneva Airport. It cost chf 50,00 for taking a taxi from Geneva Airport to Htl. The floor inside room is not clean.

Nice and cheap acommodation

To far from airport.to come and leave with taxi costs more than one night

quality/price ratio, pleasant staff, good country-side location not far from Geneva, comfortable enough. While the hotel has a lot of rooms it doesn't feel crowded - easy to find a table during the breakfast, a lot of parkings.

no mirror in the studio (apart from the little one in the toilet), the entrance door was difficult to open/close, one piece of soap and one pair of slippers in a studio for 2 persons,

The quietness of the neighborhood and its proximity to Geneva and other attraction areas in Switzerland and south-east o France.

No air conditioning or fans available in the apartments which was inconvenient for the first two days of our stay when the temperature was in the upper twenties.

It merged in its natural environment. Little buildings. It offered facilities that were convenient for a family like 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets . Comfort beds. Everything prepared for our arrival nothing was missing. Nice and helping reception staff.

The floor seemed not to have been cleaned for weeks. Didn't have aircondition. In August is a must. However they did put a ventilator.

Apart hotel was basic but clean, staff were a bit abrupt and breakfast was basic but hotel was good for a 1 night stay.

Room was confortable,clean,with a great view of the mountions.The staff were very accomadating. The Breakfast was good. I would go back.

WIFI signal is too weak, check-in time demanding, not negotiable and the air conditioning is not available.

run-down status of suite assigned, smell of suite assigned (sewer), no elevator available for higher floors (I don't mind stairs, unless I'm carrying heavy luggage - expected when a lodging is located close to an airport), overall lack of cleanliness, lack of willingness to accommodate our family to a better suite

The 2 BR was very large and had plenty of room for our family of 5.
