We liked the fact they came to our rescue with a room late night after we had to leave a despicable place we had booked for a week which was a filthy place and it was called charming ( SO BEWARE OF IT)
The brekky was very overpriced as you could have a petit or buffet you could only have bread or danish or baguette not together which was very mean so go outside for brekky
Comfortable, close to town centre, Very friendly, courteous staff. Free parking a bonus.
This hotel has been owned by the same family for generations. It is very convenient to downtown St.Remy. The availability of parking was a plus. And the wifi worked, which is huge.
The hotel is old and my room could have used a facelift. I also got one of the few rooms without air conditioning, though there was a flimsy, noisy table fan. The bedside lamps were like reading by candlelight. It would have been nice to have had a shelf in the bathroom for one's toiletries. The hotel information in the room indicated that breakfast was included, but the sign at the reception desk said otherwise. I did not eat there.
Staff were very nice, helpful and great recommendations for sites and meals. Clean and comfortable; with aircon, no street noise, despite being at front. Nice resident lounge area and gardens very pretty.
Breakfast is not good value. "Full" breakfast is still minimal; continental would be 1/3 the cost down the street at the market. In fairness, the breakfasts generally in Provence are over priced - at least here the room was peasant and staff nice!
The reception was very good, the people very friendly and just a nice family run hotel. Not swanky but good. Bathroom was excellent.
The decor is a little dated, but perhaps that is part of its charm.
Perfect location: walking distance from the center, however in a quiet surroundings and close to Glandum and the St. Paul Cloister. Very comfortable mattress, clean and nice bathroom and helpful staff. Also a comfortable and shaded parking.
The old and dirty carpet and expensive breakfast (we didn't have it but we have been told by other guests that it was not worth the price and not homemade).
Excellent position. Very relaxing garden and great facilities. Excellent value for money.
Great location - walking distance to centre. Lovely garden
Comfortable bedroom with balcony and good bathroom Outdoor garden with comfy seating Good breakfast on terrace
They don´t have a shower. For the brazilian people is necessary.
The hotel is very clean, and the staff is always helpful; a short walk to main downtown, and the Saint Paul Hospice. Great views t the Petit Alpilles
Small room with no air conditioning (not that you need it, but some days it gets a little hot inside).
Very relaxing area to sit during the day or evening in the garden. Conveniently situated to explore the Town on foot leaving the car safely parked.
We found it a little difficult to find on arrival. Perhaps e-mail a small map when booking of where it is situated.
Its location (central to St Remy), quiet surroundings, and a friendly receptionist.
The hotel needs renovating--the carpets, the walls, the lighting are all about fifty years old. But it goes with the style of that period.
Comfortable room and close to main centre. Staff very helpful
Perfect location for exploring this lovely town, comfortable room with balcony & great to have parking. Lovely old building, would definitely recommend.
Very close to Glanum and Les Baux, and walking distance to many fine restaurants. Nice terrace for a good breakfast.
An old family owned and run hotel with traditional Provencale décor. We had a spacious terrace with expansive views to the des Apilles. Free secure parking. Walk to town.
No lift - 40 steps with baggage to the second floor.
This hotel is in abeautiful location as it is in walking distance to the town and has a beautiful garden with many comfortable chairs and tables under the trees. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good and it is enjoyable to eat outside at the terrace. The rooms are big and well furnished.I would highly recommend this hotel
Noise from traffic, very slow internet, strong smell of paint
Great location and outdoor patio. Convenient parking.
Our room was on the third floor (no lift) and had a large, long window looking toward the mountains. The swallows were graceful, the gardens were beautiful and the staff was fantastic. A short walk to restaurants from expensive to pizza down a lovely street. It still feels like you could see an artist behind any tree!
Nothing to not like.!
We loved this hotel. The view from our balcony of the mountains was great. Short walk into town.
