This chalet-style hotel is located in Chatel, in the Portes du Soleil ski resort, just 100 metres from the ski lifts. Hôtel Eliova l'Eau Vive offers comfortable rooms and some feature a balcony.

Featuring a restaurant and a bar, Le Panoramic is a south-facing hotel located in Châtel. A shuttle service that can take you to the slopes can be found nearby.
Score from 12 reviews Good
Christel wad a fantastic host. Food portions were huge and great. Room 8 was ideal and it's a short walk to the ski lifts. Hire your skis at Charles skiset .. they are related. Will go again .. they take bookings for any day not just Saturday to Sunday.
WiFi went down ..not a fault of the hotel but a problem with the phone company in the area
Good, very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was not value for money
The location and the restaurant inside hotel
Excellent restaurant and very friendly staff. Great value for money.
Location. Balcony with excellent views. Very friendly staff. On site parking. Good size rooms. Walking distance to main ski lift and town centre bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
I would like to have had tea making facilities in room but considering the overall stay think its only a minor point.
Location Breakfast Staff Public rooms
Rooms looking a little tired. With a little updating this could be great. But keep it traditional and cozy!
Excellent view, comfortable room.
reception not manned and bell not heard
excellent location thanks for the great stay, don't miss the market in the village
very very nice, if you want to live in a countryside, and enjoy sun, it is a good hotel.
Great Budget Option
It was spotless -warm - friendly - a wonderful welcoming hotel-
Very cute Alpine decor throughout the hotel. Location close to Chatel shuttle stop and village - ESP if you take the lift through the town centre carpark instead of walking uphill!
Bed too small. No tea/coffee/fridge in room
Everything was very good.
The bar closed quite early. The thing I was very very confused and disopointed with was the hotel charges. My girlefriend and I were with a group of 10 other friends who were charged 22 euros per night less than we were ?????
Very Friendly, only a short walk from the lifts, and bus stop. Would definitely go back for the 3rd time!
For what you get it was very expensive.
Enjoyed our short stay immensely. Would def go back. Good food pleasant staff, nice room
We had a car to drive to the ski slopes which you would need as it's not near the ski lifts
Excellent restaurant Authentic family hotel
Bed was pretty decent, room was clean, wouldn't like to stay longer than a few days though. It's all a bit scruffy. I frequently visit Chatel, there are better places. Do visit for an unforgettable experience.
- No AMEX is accepted, but I don't blame them, common problem...confusing though that Booking.com accepts it and the hotel doesn't. - Location on the B.com map was inaccurate, and guess what, it wasn't better. - There was no running water in the morning, staff didn't seem to care much. No effort whatsoever to compensate or apologize, not even the smallest gesture was made. - Even though the season had started (22nd dec.) the staff seemed to still be in hibernation mode.
Breakfast appalling staff not friendly
