no spa no fluffy dressing goundsstaff don't know whats what we had to sit on bar stools for breakfast because our breakfast was included in the price so we were not good enough to sit with the guest that payed 15 euros in the dinning room. |

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Spectacular views. Not complete! The entrance still looks like a building site and there is still comprehensive building work going on around the hotel. May disappoint some people. Didn't bother our group though. |

Location, design of the hotel and staff were all excellent. My only concerns would be the sound insulation between the rooms; I feel it was a bit low. The food in the restaurant was not to the standard we expected, freezer fries is not what I expect to find on my plate even when presented in a silver bucket! The freshly made, locally sourced food prepared in the Café right outside the door is by far superior and at a fraction of the cost, we recommend it. |

The hotel was very new and clean. They said I would have to pay for parking, but there was no actual parking lot. We parked at the front of the building for no charge. |

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fresh and modern, with nice design. We really liked the family suite room layout. The hotel has not been open very long, so it seems to need some finishing touches to make it top notch -- for example, the upstairs room in our duplex did not have any shower curtains. |

The few very young Staff were very nice and tried hard to please. The Hotel nestles on the side of a hill on what looks like a building site. There are no tarmac roads and the Hotel is approached via an undulating unfinished driveway covered with grey stones. The reception is on the first floor and is reached via a steep metal slatted stairway. We had a very disturbed night due to a group of noisy Italians who were on the floor above. |

L'hotel è davvero accogliente ed elegante e il personale è molto serio e disponibile. Nel ristorante si mangia molto bene Avevo scelto l'hotel anche per il servizio di hammam, ma nel periodo del mio soggiorno non era disponibile (per manutenzione, mi hanno detto): questo andava segnalato. |

Naar mijn weten was het de enige overnachtingsmogelijkheid in Montgenèvre op de datum dat we er te voet arriveerden. Verder een prettig aandoende houding van het personeel, maar dineren in een leeg hotel is ook niet alles; dat hebben we in Briancon gedaan. We waren de laatste gasten van het seizoen en dat was te merken; we moesten vragen of de verwarming aan kon; 's-nachts was de verwarming helemaal uit, maar werd 's-morgens wel weer opgestart. |
