Dinan is in 2 parts - friendly town at the top and slpendid river scenes at the bottom, both with excellent restaurants.

On a special holiday day -difficult to park.

Location perfect for walking in picturesque old city. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Room very pretty.

The position, being opposite the main square.

The rooms. We stayed on a Monday in a double room and on the Thursday in a superior double which was bigger. I didn't like the decor at all and for a 3* there were no tea and coffee facilities or fridge. I am sure I read that they spoke English there but that was not evident on our trips.

The position. Breakfast was included but the room rate was high for a small out of season room.

Bed was very lumpy and no tea and coffee making facilities.

Large comfotable room chambre 24 overlooking market place. Breakfast was inlcluded in the room price. Staff helpful and pleasant. Adjoining restaurant very good.

Location was great

Only had one bath towel between four people. Fire alarm was triggered at 10pm and we had to evacuate the room for over an hour with young children as no lights on. Children were very upset. No reduction in room rate offered for this inconvenience. Lack of information provided to us.

A lovely hotel, and very friendly staff. If you will arrive late, you need to warn them, so they can arrange for you to pick up your room key. This is no problem and easy to do.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is right across the street. It's a pay for parking, but our first night ended up being free, and our second was less then 4 euros. For breakfast they also offer made-to-order omletts! Our kids breakfast was free! The location of the hotel is perfect! You can walk anywhere within a few minutes.

The staff was very friendly, the room was big and very well designed, the hotel is close to the historical center, and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with good beds. Although there is no hotel parking, there is plenty of parking outside. The restaurant underneath the hotel is excellent and very good value. Access into Dinan old town is across the road and it is an easy walk to the new part. We have been staying there for years without any problems.

The rooms at the front of the hotel can be a little noisy early in the morning when they collect the refuse.

The place smelled like it neaded airing. Awful smell in lift and corridors which we told them about.

Great position, easy to find, easy to park (not free but inexpensive) opposite). Attractive hotel with a most charming and warm welcome. Clean fresh room overlooking the main road but so well soundproofed that we heard nothing and slept well in comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast in a convivial atmosphere, the hosts did everything possible to make our short stay pleasant.
