The position is perfect for the Museum a d cathedral. Very quiet part of town The Restaurant was very expensive With little choice Of dishes, basic fare. Breakfast was even worse, for E21 you got a small dish of canned fruit x 2, croissant and drink. Also slice of cake which was not very appetising looking. Wouldn"t go back, better off paying for a 3 star hotel as that is What this was but at 4 star prices.

Lovely staff, beautiful buildings 10 euros for a small kir - in a plain cheap wine glass. Crazy prices for food and drink - it wasnt luxurious enough to justify such prices

very stylish in a beautifully restored building down a cobbled street. Next to art gallery---superb cathedral and medievel square. Restaurant superb , room small but perfect, very comfortable bed and linen great wet room. all perfect

This was our 3rd stay at this Hotel it was very welcoming the staff were friendly and curtious, rooms stoplessly clean. we ate in the restaurant which offered a limited menu but what we choose was delicious. In all each stay was relaxing and good we would throughly recommend it.

The historic design and setting. Ideally located for the first stop from Calais on our drive down to Italy. Always on our annual itinerary and now improved with the open connection to the adjacent hotel.

Champ every year on the way back to England after a wine buying trip. This year was particularly memorable because the young lady on night duty noticed our substantial load of wine and encouraged us to put our car in the locked space behind the second hotel. This was very thoughtful.

Le charme de cet ensemble de vieilles maisons à pans de bois avec ses multiples niveaux et sa cour intérieure, la décoration chaleureuse et raffinée, la localisation sur le flanc de la cathédrale avec la possibilité de parking devant l'hôtel.

Très belle rénovation respectueuse de l'esprit moyen ageux du vieux Troyes. Très bel hôtel avec des espaces bien aménagés. Grande chambre avec poutres apparentes, grande salle de bain, matelas très confortable. Petits déjeuner agréable avec thés mariage frère. Personnel accueillant.parking possible dans la rue devant l'hôtel.

Chambre confortable.Excellente literie. Repas impeccable.Joli feu de cheminée le matin au petit déjeuner.Accueil très cordial A ce niveau, les ampoules défaillantes devraient être changées lors de l'inspection de la chambre par l'intendante.

L'hôtel est très cosy dans son ensemble mais avec un parti pris plus masculin pour la déco de certaine chambre!! Le Chef du restaurant est adorable et professionnel. Le manque d'information sur les différences certaines entre les chambres d'une même catégorie! Le prix du pdj même si tout y était excellent!

La qualité de la restauration de l'immeuble, l'emplacement en plein centre de la vieille ville néanmoins facile d'accès en voiture. L'excellent niveau du restaurant. Quelques détails d'aménagement comme l'absence du moindre porte serviettes dans l'immense salle de bain ou la présence de toilettes non isolées alors que la place ne manquait pas...

Très jolie demeure, très bien située à deux pas du centre historique de la ville de Troyes, de ses restaurants. Très calme, parking aisé tout près de l'hôtel. Excellent accueil, très serviable. Excellent restaurant, cuisine du terroir pour un prix en rapport avec l'hôtel Petit-déjeuner un peu cher avec un choix de mets imposés et limités (pas de buffet) Cloches de la Cathédrale le matin à partir de 07h30 ...

Un cadre magnifique, très bonne literie, tranquillité absolue, à deux pas de la cathédrale. Personnel réduit au minimum mais très aimable. Prendre une douche dans la belle baignoire provoque une inondation.
