NO air conditioning!, and in May it wasn't that hot yet, what it must be in the Summer at the top floor, right under the roof, with the sun beating down on it and through the windows. The windows were closed, so no air had been allowed in: no wonder, NO MOSQUITOES NETTING, so easy to instal and would avoid other problems.
They are also "tight" in providing with the little luxuries that other hotels offer: slippers, and other amenities, under the pretext to save the planet......
Staff was just not interested in hearing it.
The old bldg is amazing and now that they have joined with La Maison de Rhodes (where we stayed some years ago) it makes it a little heaven in the centre of the city.
