We were charged more than was advertised at the hotel.Breakfast was basic.Our first room was two floors up a "spiral stair" and one bed had no light. |

Location and external appearance, good parking 1. flimsy dividing walls (we could have participated in the conversations in the room next door!). 2.Room prices advertised at hotel (on the board outside and in the public area were far lower than yours - E45-75: we paid E90 per night. When questioned the manager said, "well you asked for two beds and I have to pay booking fee to the agent". |

a friendly atmosphere and allowed space to enjoy setting. the constant rushing around of the owner,at time not need to be so hurried at times seemed stressed at breakfast and no hot food being offered. |

Such friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Very peaceful location apart from the duck that woke me up at 5.a.m. Tuesday morning quacking very loudly. Would definitely book again. |

Le Chanteclair is a great find! It is within walking distance of the main section of town and the management is very friendly and easy to approach. I highly recommend it to others. |

The outside We found the hotel very noisy(inside movement).No facilities for making drinks in room. Room rather small. Not prepared to refund cost of two breakfasts as we had to leave early on the Sunday. |

hot water on a morning. Good shower. Manager polite Very poor quality room, spartan. Dirty bathroom (particularly behind toilet seat). Toilet roll holder broken and dirty. Very cramped room, nowhere to put suitcases. Breakfast was very basic. "Extras" like cereal and fruit had to be requested. There was no sign of yoghurt, cold meat or cheese which we had at previous hotels. Being asked to pay at the start of our stay. |
