The rooms we booked were not available on arrival but they gave us 3 rooms instead of the 2, so no problem. Very helpful and apologetic. No reception after 11 pm is ok but also everything is locked up after 3pm on Sundays.You need a code to get in and no-one is around which i found really odd, especially if there was a fire....

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was quite good. Location was too noisy with traffic and then a rock band playing across the street. Room needs redecorating.

There were three of us and, unlike other hotels we stayed in, we had two rooms with the second set up as a lounge plus with a bed. The rooms were large and light and airly with plenty of natural sunlight.

Staff very friendly and helpful. A good amount of English spoken.Plenty of parking around the area, well located for the city centre. Bed comfortable. Restaurant was good although I reacted badly to my selection of food. Hotel is a bit tatty away from the communal areas. Not much hot water available, especially in the evening and late morning. Shower flow rates a bit abysmal.

The food was excellent but a bit pricey. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The location on the ring road was easy to access. The room was tired and needed a coat of paint. The water pressure was so poor it took 20 minutes to run a bath.

Chambre petite et très très laide, décoration de très mauvais goût. Le confort vraiment minimum. Très déçus, nous attendions un petit hôtel simple mais charmant, il est simple et moche.

La propreté et la situation géographique. La literie de notre chambre n'était pas du tout confortable, heureusement que c'était que pour 2 nuits. Déçus par le restaurant, service 2h alors qu' il n'y avait que 3 tables à servir, risotto dont le riz n'était pas cuit! Et pour se faire pardonner un plus au dessert qui n'est jamais arrivé, l'infusion demandé n'arrivant pas 15 min après la fin du dessert nous l'avons pris en chambre.Très decevant pour un repas à 80 euros

Repas d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le bruit de la chambre pas très bien isolée ni de l'extérieur ni de l'intérieur. Le verre de Bergerac de petite qualité et servi trop frais.

L'accueil, la décoration de la chambre, l'aménagement de la chambre et le petit déjeûner buffet complet et dans un cadre agréable. Pas de climatisation, chambre sur rue bruyante, en bref avec les fortes chaleurs nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit ..................... d'autant plus qu'il y avait des alèzes en plastique sous les draps ...........

Me ha gustado la ubicación y la habitación, hermosísima y recién reformada. La estancia ha sido excelente. No es que no me gustase, es que pasamos un domingo fuera y al volver estaba todo absolutamente cerrado a cal y canto, incluída la recepción, con persiana y todo.
