A very nice hotel, with friendly staff, good food and comfort. We would like to stay there again

Charming hosts, cleanliness of rooms, excellent breakfasts and superb four course dinners. Very peaceful rural situation with beautiful views over unspoilt countryside.

It is rather remote, which meant long drives to tourist attractions in Burgundy. Best as a stay-put location for rural walks and peace, or an overnight for touring.

The hotel has a rather plain style inside but is definitely value for money.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was any trouble for them and the place was probably the best we have stayed in for many years.

What a fabulous find! We stayed in six nice venues over a two month period and this left them all miles behind. The lovely, lovely owners make every possible effort to make you comfortable and truly succeed. As there were only three rooms booked the night we were there it was a set menu and it was superb, the best meal we've had in France for a long, long time. All the food is locally sourced and in fact we went to the local cremerie five minutes away to buy some of the cheeses we'd eaten for a picnic for the next day. Simply wonderful! Have already recommended it to friends!

Wonderful husband/wife management team. Very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced. Location is delightful for countryside lovers.

Description of the location of the hotel was ambigious. Followed directions as per the website which said hotel was a few meters down road by church. Distance is more like a couple of kilometres.

This is a lovely place in the middle of nowhere with true character. We arrived early evening, sat on the terrace admiring the wildlife and views and enjoyed a fabulous evening of food and wine. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. It was delightful. The setting is magnificent, the old chateau is lovely and the people were great

The hotel rooms have been converted quite cheaply - not really in keeping with a chateau and our room was small. However this did mean we could afford to stay there!

Very friendly hosts, comfortable room and good dinner with excellent bottle of wine.

It is a little out of the way, so nothing else around, but that was no problem.

vrij groot hotel met weinig gasten, wij waren die dag de enige gasten. Het was er erg koud in de kamers en 's ochtends in de ontbijt ruimte was het ook erg koud. De gehele inrichting van het hotel was erg sfeerloos.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Kamer netjes. Restaurant heeft geen menu kaart, slechts één vast menu per avond, maar wel van goede kwaliteit.

L' Hôtel offre le soir un ménu pour une prix modeste avec une excellent qualité. Un menu sans choix dans des plats differents, mais les plats typiquement de la région sont délicieux! L' Hôtel se trouve au milieu des champs et cette location est très beau et très calme. Les propriétaires font tout eux-mêmes, avec grande gentillesse et toujours prêt à aider. A recommander!!.
