The property was exceptionally clean and well designed albeit a little compact. The restaurant at night (pre book!) was excellent value for money and the food good and well presented. It saved the hassle of going out and finding restaurants in the locality.

Not really although it should be emphasised that a car is necesary as the property is some way out of town and the coast.

The complex was clean and quiet. You can order bread at the resturant the night before savind you the hassle of driving to the supernarket, traffic horrendouz in the cote d;azur.

Couldnt see the sea from the complex. Not even salt and pepper available. No kettle or hairdryer.. Garden area not tended, a bit scruffy.Seemed further out of Cannes than stated. You need a car, wont let you leave unless the room has been checked

Excellent value for money if you read all the reviews here and are prepared eg bring toilet paper! Not near beach - but bus will take you there for less than eur2 from outside the hotel. Great pool - lots of French holiday-makers which added to ambience. Rooms would not be suitable for more than 2 adults as other bedding doubles as sofa in main lounge area.

Staff very unhelpful and Gestapo-like in approach. Arrived after 30 hours flying at 1pm and still had to wait over 30 mins to get into room despite advance request. Safe didnt open - was asked to wait in my room for 2 hours and they would sent someone within this period! Took over 1 day to rectify. Very focused on money - no restaurant charge back; cant leave until someone has 'inspected' the room. Overall, value for money is so great that can overlook these disadvantages.

The lodging was clean and of high standard for the money paid. The upstairs bedroom was air conditioned wich is an extra plus when it´s more than 25 C outdoors during the nights. Quite close (15-20 mts walk) to beautiful beaches. (You can go there by car as well of course ;-)Nice surroundings with lots of flowers and greens. It was quiet and calm as well.

If you have small kids (little escape artists), make sure to get an appartment not facing the road/parking space so you can let the children play outside without worries while cooking. Internet access only in space A.

Silence. I forgot a bag here and when my freind called them up to retrieve it, they said they didnt have it, after confirming to me. Thats unfair....

dirty apartments, our children walked once, at the beginning, barefoot and was everything black, they asked for money for each every thing: to "rent" the iron, no soap for the dishes, no soap in the bathroom, no shampoo, no paper in the toilets, baby cots found unpacked at the corner of the room, ask u to clean the kitchen otherwise 35 or so for cleaning charge, but the point is that with what...

A very pleasant hotel with efficient staff

Your description and photography is totally misleading. The name of the hotel and the photography used (i.e. a photograph of the harbour of La Napoule taken from a hilltop) leads the consumer to believe that the hotel is on the sea shore. However the truth is that the hotel is miles from the sea and there is no sea view. I would judge this to be misleading advertising.

Its quite comfortable and clean.

Please do have cleaning soap for utensils, that hardly any tourists carries with them whilst travelling.

The food and the staff in the restaurant were very good

Résidence vraiment très pratique pour les familles avec enfants. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la région. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
